Cuban Assassins

I just came across a match from IWA Carolina's with the Cuban Assassins taking on Johnny Powers and Nick DeCarlo. I'm familiar with Angel Acevedo, but I'd never heard of Raul Acevedo before watching this. Did Raul use any other names?
What kind of career did he have?

Is that match on You Tube?
 
Raul Acevedo came in the maritimes in 81, I believe and teamed with the Cuban (Angel Acevedo) for the summer season, then I never saw him again.   Not sure, if they where related or not, but I never saw anything else of him
