Inserting an image

I am having trouble inserting an image. I click on the YaBBC tags. The problem is, I don't what syntax to put in between the two tags that will display my image. Any ideas? The jpeg image is on my hard drive in a folder.

I think the picture has to actually be posted on a website, and it takes it from the website, that's what I do, use pictures that I find online.

Baron is right. The photo/image must be hosted on a server, even a free server like photobucket or something like that. Some of the others here that are more familiar with those type servers can probably help you with more info on that.
