StompingGround #1 Contender Posts: 223 Gender:	WWF thinks Landel is Flair on the DVD Apr 11^th, 2007, 9:33am Anyone else notice that at about the 128 mark on the new Horsemen DVD, that they show Buddy Landel's "Smooth Operator" video clip and pass him off as Flair? That cracked me up when I saw it. I'm sure that Buddy will have a field day with that one.

well aren't you the lucky one, where is he now a days? last i heard he was preaching, then awhile later i heard he was back to drinking and wrestling so i didn't know which to belive???.
i still think he never was used as good as he could have been, except in the mid atlantic area, with the nature boy vs. nature boy feuds, i think he could have went alot further, just my opinion though.

LOL...preaching...or wrestling and drinking again....well, either or, I know I had the opportunity to meet Landell...in the 80's....he was a CLASS act...very fan friendly!!! "That's right, I said it"....always liked his quote there. I feel as though Crockett could have gotten more mileage out of he and Flair in the feud. It seemed dropped far too early. WOuld also have liked to see he and Tully feud...what bouts!!!!!!!!
