He was so smooooooth. What a great seller, too. That glazed over look was awesome. Hennig could work with anybody. When he was on, he truly was...perfect. Great question.

Both of these guys were great at what they did in their own way. I didn't see as much of Curt as I did of Barry due to the fact that I was mainly an NWA/WCW guy. But, what I did see of Curt, he was one of the all time greats. Both also had one other thing going for them, as far as I'm concerned...especially Barry. Both were Horsemen, although Curt wasn't one for long and he turned to the NWO.

Curt was incredibly somooth, could work any style (brawler, aerial, mat), and had the inate ability to make every opponent look great. I say Perfect.

That question simply is not fair.. Curt was great no doubt, but so was Barry... Curt always sold himself well, and his heel turn with the Horsemen is legendary...

But for me, Barry Windham brings back many more great memories of wrestling... Curt was a great worker, but Barry had the better matches that burned in my memory longer...

I never bought him as a babyface either. Too cocky. Besides, what sounds cooler? a Fisherman Suplex? Or the PerfectPlex?

This is a real interesting question. Both were just superb. Although Hennig could work his a$$ off, I will say Windham (particularly as a heel) came off like he might whoop your a$$ more. Hennig, even in his biggest runs as Mr. Perfect never really gave off that vibe and its tough to be a top heel without coming off as very threatening. As has been said before, it is a real toss-up. I think there are more spectacular Hennig matches that I loved than spectacular Windham matches I've loved so I guess he gets the nod, but yeah, it is very very close to be sure.

Windham by the time I started to watch him, never really excited me. I was happy to find his old matches though. Hennig may have been Hogan's lackey in '97, but he was still putting on better matches than Windham was.
