the show opens with Dick Lane talking about BIG announcements to be made this week.
1. Black Gordman-Goliath defeat Gene Ligon-Hector Lamas
new NORTH AMERICAN champion, Billy Anderson walks out with the belt. Anderson talks about the match he beat Don Muraco for the belt in Flagstaff,AZ last week. he says the belt is up for grabs for anyone wanting a shot..even Muraco.
Chavo Guerrero walks out sayng, "what about me? am i not good enough for these turncoat fans to see win the belt? what about me Anderson? you stuck your nose in my business last week and now you up in the sky with that big head ya got now? what about me, tough guy?" he pushes Anderson's shoulder...Anderson hands the belt to Lane. just then, Gene LeBell steps in between them. he tells them he's got all the contracts they need for a match in his office..
 
2. new NACW instructor, Hiro Matsuda is at ringside watching Michael Hayes battle Yoshiaki Fujiwara. Hayes pins him.
Gordman-Goliath talk about the tag belts and how they are not seeing many title defences by the champs lately...especially not to them
 
AWA WORLD JR HEAVYWEIGHT champion, Roddy Piper joins Lane on commentary for the rest of the show. Piper says he is here for all comers to come after the belt.  
3. El Santo defeats Jerry Estrada after a tope suicida.  
after the win, Santo walks over to Lane. he says a few words to Piper (in spanish) and then pats Piper on the jaw real softly...Piper stands up glaring at Santo. Santo walks away with Piper brewing at him with anger...
 
Walton talks with Hayes and Matsuda. as they talk about the match, Lord Alfred Hays walks out. Hays makes fun of Matsuda with the role he has in the NACW....Hays calls him..."a babysitter"...and walks away....
4. new NA champ, Billy Anderson defeats Brazo de Plata.  
 
5. Brazo de Oro is beaten up by Chavo Guerrero as the fans show their disdain towards Chavo....
Chavo grabs the microphone and puts down everyone in the NACW..and all the "turncoat" fans. he finishes saying that Muraco is such a coward, he didn't show up tonight...

I've been waiting for a showdown between Piper and El Santo over the World Jr. Title, and it looks like it's finally coming!
