Thanks you all for coming out today. As some of may have heard John Studd has been in a car wreck. John has a broken leg and two broken ribs. At this time we do not have the full story as to when and were this took place. I had a call from the Texas State Police at 10:45a.m. today. I was told that he was taken to a local hospital and will be keep in the hospital for a few days until they have finished any test that has to be done. At this time I will have to ask Mil Mascaras to hand over the SWCW Tag Titles. John is set to be out of action for 8 weeks and the rules say if a title is held it has to be defended one time in 30 days or it will be taken. Mil you will be given time to find a new tag partner. We will hold a night of tag team war to crown new SWCW Tag Team Champions. At this time I give the stage to Mil.
 
“Mil”
I hand over both belts at this time. I have spoken with John by phone. He would like for me to tell his fans that he is ok and will be back soon. John has asked that I pick a new tag partner and win the belts back. I will do this for John and for our many fans. This is a dark day for SWCW but light will come and we will be back ontop of the world.
