I remember him mainly from GCW in the early 80's.

I remember him mainly from his work on Masked Superstar's group in the early 80s GCW like The Hammer said.
I always thought it was interesting that he was named after Torquemada, the bloodthirsty Grande Inquisitor during the Spanish Inquisition in the 1400s.  
I wonder who named him? Very creative.
