Well I would wrather see Hornswoggle holding the belt that Jamie Noble...Jamie Noble is one of THE worst superstars

I think Jaime Knoble is better. Because Hornswoggle can't even really do any moves on his opponent because he's a midget and about 2 feet shorter than the full sized wrestlers.

Noble's only real flaw is his mic work. And the fact he's had zero character development since he came in back in 2002.

I personally thought that Gregory Helms was perfect as champion, especially after dropping that ridiculous Hurricane gimmick for a more believable heel gimmick.
