Cruiserweight Championship cut?

From what I have heard the WWE is planning on making Hornswoggle the last Cruiserweight Champion and then taking the belt out for a year and then re-introducing it under a new name....Is what iI hear true?

If it's true, it might not be a bad idea.  It seems (at least to me) that interest in the CW title has kinda dropped off.  Might be a good idea to drop it for a while, and work on rebuilding the division, then bringing it back.

Are you sure it's the WWE Cruiserweight title that's being temporarly done away with ?
 
Because I read it is TNA's X Division title that is being done away with.
