Victor Jovica vs. La Pantera Negra This one is fast and furious from the opening bell! Each man gains the advantage at different times throughout until Jovica catches Negra with a flying head scissors. As he is bringing Negra down he lands square on top of his head and appears to be knocked out! Jovica makes the cover for the 1...2....3!! Winner: Victor Jovica @9:09
Match 2-
Huracan Castillo vs. Super Medico These two high flyers really give this capacity crowd plenty to cheer about! The match is pretty even throughout until Medico misses a flying splash on Castillo in the corner! Castillo picks up Medico for a super plex from the top rope and out of nowhere comes the Professional! He grabs Castillo's ankle as he starts to suplex Medico from the top rope and causes Medico to fall on top of Castillo!! 1...2....3!!! Medico has defeated Huracan Castillo!!! Winner: Super Medico @11:12
Match 3-
Miguel Perez vs. Super Gladiator Gladiator gains the upper hand from the bell with a low blow on Perez that the referee fails to see! He then suplexes Perez and picks him up to deliver a swinging neck breaker......1.....2.....Perez kicks out just in time!! The sold out arena is solely behind Perez in this one and as the Gladiator taunts some of the ringside fans Perez makes a roll up from behind.....1.....2.....and Gladiator just kicks out!! Perez helps Gladiator to his feet and tries to whip him into the ropes but Gladiator reverses and tries for a back drop but Perez hits a sunset flip for the 1,2,3!!! Winner: Miguel Perez @12:34
-Tag Tournament Quarterfinal Matches- Match 4-
Mr. X #1 and #2 vs. Hercules Ayala and Victor Rivera The crowd comes to their feet as Ayala and Rivera enter the arena! They are definitely crowd favorites here in Bayamon! Rivera and #2 start things off in this one as Rivera connects with a drop kick and immediately drops an elbow.....1.....2.... #2 kicks out!! Rivera makes the quick tag to Ayala and he grabs a headlock on #2 and really wrenches it in!! Mr. X #2 shifts and hits a side suplex and both men are down! He slowly makes it to his corner and makes the tag to #1! #1 comes in and drops a knee across Ayala's head and makes a cover 1......2......Ayala kicks out!! #1 is irrate and is arguing with Referee Marin over his count! Ayala gets to his feet and spins him around.....BAM......Ayal decks #1 with a huge fist and then picks him up and whips him into the ropes. He catches him coming off with a huge bear hug!!! #1 is writhing in pain as Ayala walks over to his corner with the bear hug still on #1 and tags Rivera!! Rivera comes in and hits the ropes and comes off and delivers a huge drop kick to #1 while he is still in the bear hug!!!! Rivera makes the cover 1......2.....3!!!!! "The Samoan Kings" High Chief Afi and King Curtis w/Mark Manson vs. Chief Frank Hill and Danny Little Bear This one gets rough from the start as Afi and Hill have started things out and Afi takes the action outside of the ring! The referee is out and trying to get both men back in and Afi distracts him so Manson can hit Hill with what appears to be a pencil right above his left eye busting him wide open!!! Afi makes it back into the ring and Little Bear checks on his partner and helps him back into the ring. Afi puts some boots to Hill and then tags in Curtis who comes in and bodyslams Hill immediately and then drags the bloodied Hill over and makes him tag Little Bear!!! As soon as Bear comes in Curtis hits him with a series of head butts and now Bear is busted open on his forehead!!! These two monsters are just as sadistic as their manager Manson!!! Curtis whips Bear into the ropes and hits a big power slam and then tags in Afi who climbs to the top rope...........BOOM.....he hits a big splash from the top rope for the 1.....2.....3!!! 15 Minute Intermission -Tag Tournament Semifinal Match- Match 6-
"The Samoan Kings" High Chief Afi and King Curtis w/Mark Manson vs. Hercules Ayala and Victor Rivera The Samoan Kings and Manson are in the ring first as Ayala and Rivera are announced second but no one comes out!!! The announcer calls their names again and finally out comes Rivera with blood all over his hands! He is alone and tells the referee something as it appears someone has jumpes his partner Ayala in the back!!! He tells the referee that he will continue the match for his partner's sake!! As the bell rings both of the Kings jump Rivera pounding him down to the mat!!! Referee Marin finally gets Afi to get out of the ring and Curtis continues the punishment on Rivera! The crowd is on their feet trying to get behind the outnumbered Rivera as Curtis whips him to the ropes and goes for a clothesline Rivera ducks and comes off the ropes with a drop kick!!! He then runs over and drop kicks Afi off the ring apron! Rivera climbs the ropes and comes off with an elbow onto Curtis....1.....2.....2 1/2......Curtis just kicks out in time!!! Rivera helps him to his feet and delivers some punches to his head and then whips him to the ropes again but this time Curtis hangs onto the ropes and makes the tag to Afi!!! Afi comes in and Rivera attempts another drop kick but Afi side steps him and Rivera goes down hard!! He drops a leg across Rivera's chest as the crowd roars.........it appears a bandaged up Hercules Ayala is coming slowly down the aisle!!!! Afi meanwhile lifts Rivera up for a body slam!!! Before Ayala can make it to the ring he is jumped from behind by El Diablo Mascaras!!!! Back in the ring Afi powerslams Rivera and tags in Curtis who climbs to the top rope and flys off with a big splash...1....2....3!!!! Manson's men leave a sea of carnage both in the ring and out tonight!! Winners: "The Samoan Kings" High Chief Afi and King Curtis w/Mark Manson @17:45
Match 7-
NWA World Heavyweight Championship Champion: Terry Funk vs. "Puerto Rican Heavyweight Champion" Gorilla Monsoon As soon as the bell rings Funk extends his hand to Monsoon and after some consideration Monsoon extends his.....Funk grabs his hand and kicks Monsoon in the stomach twice bringing the big man to one knee!! Funk then elbows Monsoon knocking the big man on his back! He then drops another elbow smash on Monsoon and makes a quick cover...1....2....Monsoon throws Funk off like a rag doll as the fans go wild!!! Monsoon makes it to his feet and Funk charges in but Monsoon hits a big shoulder tackle knocking him down! He then lifts Funk up for a body slam and then drops a leg across his chest....1....2.....Funk just kicks out!! Monsoon helps Funk to his feet and whips him into the ropes and as Funk comes off Monsoon delivers big boot to his face! He then picks Funk up and locks on a bear hug in the middle of the ring..........sinching it up ever so tightly as Funk screams out in pain!! The crowd is on their feet as the feel that the champ is going to submit.......Funk tells the referee that Monsoon has his tights so Marin goes around to check......meanwhile Funk reaches into the top of his tights and brings out a pencil and jabs Monsoon right in the eye with it!!!! Monsoon immediatley breaks the hold and Funk falls to the mat as Monsoon is on the mat rolling around in a lot of pain!!!! Funk slips the pencil into his tights and goes over to Monsoon and begins pounding on his face and injured eye!! Monsoon is bloodied by a cut above his left eye and now cannot see out of his left eye....he swings wildly at Funk to no avail as Funk takes him down with a single leg. Funk straddles Monsoon and begins pounding on him again until finally Referee Marin has no choice but to stop the bout!! Winner by decision: Terry Funk @25:23
