---Intermission ---

Main Event
Scott Casey & Kevin Von Erich defeated Texas Tag-Team Champions Mr. Fuji & Masa Saito w/ Skadar Akbar in a wild match when Casey was able to land a bulldog on Saito and cover for pin. (34:28) Casey and Von Erich win the Texas Tag-Team Titles! In a back and forth contest, neither team can gain the advantage. Finally, interference by Akbar is too much as the foreigners gain the upper hand. Von Erich and Fuji start to fight outside the ring. While the ref is distracted by them, Saito holds Casey in the ring as Skandar Akbar removes a foreign object and attempts to strike Casey. At the last second, Casey moves as Akbar instead strikes Saito. Saito is stunned. Casey levels Akbar with a hard right then lands a bulldog. He covers as the ref begins the count. 1….2….3!!! Akbar is furiously protesting as the face locker room comes to ringside to celebrate.

Calhoun challenging Ladd would've been good, I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm a fan of Calhoun, so I was disappointed to see him lose.  Hopefully he'll get another shot down the road.

Fuji and Saito were robbed.  Akbar will not stand for this!  I predict that those belts will be back where they belong, with Akbar's men, sooner rather than later.

Look big daddy, it's regular daddy.

El Mariachi: You want me to shoot the cook?
Agent Sands: No. I'll shoot the cook. My car's parked out back anyway.

Casey and Von Erich will be a great team. Can't wait for the rematches.

Ladd against Calhoun would have been a different, freah match-up.

Madril losing to Fritz made sense, but it still made me sad.

Great show.

seemed like most bouts were sota one sided, but good.
new tag champs, that's good. they need a push.
