Match 1-

DENNIS HALL defeats JACK ARMSTRONG with a butterfly suplex.
Time: 14:29

Match 2-

BOBBY EATON/ JIM BRUNZELL/ EDDIE GRAHAM defeat PAUL DEMARCO/ NELSON ROYAL/ MISSOURI MAULER.

In a beautiful triple team move after a dead even contest, Jim Brunzell and Eddie Graham perform a double Russian leg sweep on Mauler. Eaton, then, follows up with an Alabama Jam for the pin fall.

Time: 18:38

Match 3-

GORGEOUS JIMMY GARVIN w/ THE GREAT BOLO defeats BOB ARMSTRONG by DQ.

Armstrong is dominant in this contest when the strategy involves straight wrestling. However, Bolo and his interferences give Garvin several advantages. The last one decides the match. While Garvin occupies Jean, Bolo throws salt into Armstrong’s eyes. Armstrong accidentally bulldogs Jean. When Jean recovers, he calls for the bell and the DQ.

Time: 21:00

Match 4-

FLORIDA TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
THE MANCHURIANS(C) w/ SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK defeat STEVE KEIRN/ MIKE GRAHAM.

The Manchurians are able to isolate and punish the smaller Graham for much of this bout. Keirn does fare better when he is in the ring. He is able to work on the neck of Prince Tapu. In the end, though, Graham is another victim of the Manchurian Monster Mash. Chief Tio gets the pin fall, while Tapu clotheslines Keirn over the top rope.

Time: 22:40

Match 5-

FLORIDA HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
JACK BRISCO(C) defeats THE ASSASSIN w/THE GREAT BOLO

Both wrestlers come to the ring, but there is no official. The Assassin says to the ring announcer that he knows where this is going. Sure enough, out from the back comes the oddly familiar masked official. Tonight, he is identified as Mr. Official I. Bolo and Assassin argue to no avail, as the match begins.

The first part of the match features the fireman’s carries and amateur superiority of Brisco. After a floor conference with Bolo, Assassin uses his wrist tape to choke Brisco. Official I calls for the wrist tape to be removed, even though he does not see it actually being used. Assassin is livid and is almost pinned by an Oklahoma Roll by Brisco.

There is a constant tension between Official I and the masked heels. Finally, Bolo shoves the masked ref. He is decked by a familiar right hand. Assassin gets in Official I’s face. The masked ref puts his finger hard into Assassin’s chest. Assassin falls over a crawling Bolo. Brisco hits a knee into The Assassin’s chest and scores a sudden pin.

Time: 26:30

Match 6-

SOUTHERN TITLE MATCH
AUSTIN IDOL (C) defeats STEVE STRONG

Bolo is not able to accompany Strong for this match, due to the physicality of the previous match. It does not seem to bother Strong as the strong man grabs the early momentum in this contest. He works on the right leg of Idol, hoping to lessen the power of the Las Vegas Leglock later in the match.

Idol does manage to rebound and get Strong into trouble. Strong gets his left leg wrapped around a ring post twice. Idol rolls back into and out of the ring to stop the count and apply more damage to Strong’s leg while outside the ring.

Later in the match, Strong is back in charge. He has gotten Idol in a Hotshot move, hurting the champion’s neck. He goes in for a nerve hold. Idol draws on the fan’s energy to fight his way to his feet. A series of elbows to the gut releases the hold and Idol whips Strong into the ropes. A leg dive puts Strong down and Idol locks on the Las Vegas Leglock. Despite several attempts to reverse the hold or make the ropes, Strong is forced to submit.
