Theme music is played while mat action featuring Jack Brisco, Jerry Brisco, Austin Idol, Dusty Rhodes, The Assassins, The Spoiler, The Manchurians, and others is shown.

Gordon narrates a re-cap of the live action show from last Sunday. The TV Title win by Bob Armstrong is highlighted. The appearance of the masked official figures in that match, as well as the Southern Title match between Austin Idol and Steve Strong. Gordon says that will be touched on today. The Manchurians battled Jim Brunzell and Bobby Eaton to a double count out.

The Assassin comes on, via VTR, and says this problem between Bob Armstrong, the masked moron of a referee that is Dusty Rhodes, and he is far from being over. The Assassin is more of a man than Dusty Rhodes will ever be.

Gordon points out that the masked referee will now be called Mr. Official I. Bob Armstrong will defend his TV title in the next match.

BOB ARMSTRONG vs. NELSON ROYAL

The promoters chose Royal because as Gordon put it, it’s time to put up or shut-up. Royal and Armstrong wrestle scientifically to start the match. Royal starts to take short cuts when The Great Bolo comes to ring side. Missouri Mauler comes to the ring and passes an object to Royal, who hits Armstrong with it while Bolo has Tanaka’s attention. Royal pins Armstrong, seemingly to win the Florida TV title.

Mr. Official I comes to the ring and tells Tanaka what happened. A search of Royal produces the object. The decision is reversed.

ARMSTRONG (W) by REVERSE DECISION @ 6:39

Gordon is joined by The Great Bolo and Royal. Both men say that it is a travesty of justice that Dusty Rhodes is under that mask and still in Florida. Gordon calls Bolo the Hamilton Burger of CWF because he will never win that case. Bolo says wait and see.

Gordon tells the fans that the young lions Bobby Eaton and Jim Brunzell will be in action next.

Further action from The Manchurians/ Eaton and Brunzell match is shown. Sir Oliver Humperdink is shown talking for his men. He says that it does not matter if it is Keirn and Graham, Eaton and Brunzell, or Stevenson and Ringer. These monsters are going to be Florida tag champs for a long time.

BOBBY EATON/ JIM BRUNZELL vs. DENNIS HALL/ JACK ARMSTRONG

Hall and Armstrong are paired together here. They are able to co-exist for a while. However, Hall misses a clothesline and takes out Armstrong. Armstrong takes out Hall with a sucker right. Eaton pins a defenseless Hall with a cradle suplex.

EATON/ BRUNZELL (W) @ 4:20

The pair joins Gordon at the desk. Gordon says that The Manchurians will be able to work together better that these opponents. Eaton says that it really doesn’t matter. It is time for the young studs to make it happen. Brunzell says that he and Bobby have their sight set on that gold and they will hit the bull’s eye.

Gordon says that The Spoiler will be up next.

Austin Idol is out for an interview with Gordon. He lists several contenders for the Southern title and says he will wrestle all comers since the Buddy Colt problem has taken care of itself.

Paul DeMarco comes out and says he is pissed that Idol’s list did not include him. Idol says that he didn’t think DeMarco was up to it since he lost to Steve Keirn when the cameras went off this past Sunday. DeMarco says that if Idol isn’t a liar, he’ll wrestle him today for the Southern title. Idol says he is a man of his word and he’ll go talk to the promoters. DeMarco motions around his waist where the title may be.

THE SPOILER vs. THE RUSSIAN SICKLE

Spoiler makes quickly work of his opponent, walking the ropes in the process. He drives Sickle to the match with a face claw. Tanaka counts the shoulders down.

THE SPOILER (W) @ 2:29

Gordon is joined by The Spoiler. He says Idol was talking about business that had been taken care of and wrestlers being ignored. Spoiler looks hard to the camera and makes a claw hold. He says don’t forget this item of business. Your stock will fall if you do.

Gordon returns and says that since the DeMarco/ Idol match will be for the Southern title, the promoters have increased the time limit to 20 minutes for this contest.

AUSTIN IDOL vs. PAUL DEMARCO

DeMarco and Idol wrestle a deliberate style to start the contest. DeMarco weakens Idol’s arm and puts him in a Fujiwara arm bar. Even though Idol makes the ropes and mounts periods of offense, DeMarco comes back to the arm.

Idol hits a big knee lift on a return to the ring after DeMarco falls to the floor. Idol starts to work on the left leg of DeMarco. He drops down to the floor and wraps the leg around the ring post.

The match goes back and forth for several minutes further. DeMarco throws Idol to the floor. Idol is about to get back in the ring when Buddy Colt comes in from the back. He hits Idol with a chair. Tanaka calls for the bell.

IDOL (W) @ 15:29

The Assassin, the Spoiler, Steve Strong, and The Great Bolo start to beat down Idol. DeMarco does not seem to be upset. In fact, he helps Steve Strong hold down Idol while Colt smashes Idol’s arm with a chair while it rests on the ring steps. Assassin and Bolo fight off the locker room until Mr. Official I, Bob Armstrong, Bobby Eaton, and Jim Brunzell hit the ring. They tend to Idol.

The heels gloat at the interview desk. Bolo passes wads of bills to DeMarco. This is for his trouble laughs the manager. Assassin says that since the rules don’t apply to Dusty Rhodes, they made up new rules. Spoiler says it’s this type of stuff that will be business as usual in CWF from now on.
