AWA/SWCW TV for 2 weeks 9/2 and 9/9

AWA/SWCW TV Catch Up

 
SWCW TV 9/2/77
 
-“Tito Santana hit the flying elbow on Rene Guajardo for the 3 count.”
 
-Gene Talks with El Canek. “Canek told us he will not face Larry Z tonight but they will fight next week in a tag match. Canek told Larry to find a person to tag with.”
 
-The Rangers (Yuma/Ellis) took on The Russians. “This match was a fight with both teams being DQ’ed and fighting to the back.”
 
-"Dos Caras hit a big knee drop on Solar for the 3 count.”
 
-Gene Talks with Pampero Firpo. “Firpo tells us he has no one to wrestle tonight as Larry and Canek are trying to find out who is the # 1 contender. Crusher Broomfield comes out and tells Firpo he will take him on. “Good action. Firpo will not back down and Broomfield did not go down until the end as Fipro came off the top rope with a double ax handle to the head. Firpo locked on the claw for the pin.”
 
 
 
SWCW TV 9-9-77
 
-“Tito put on a good match but came up short as Moose Morowski hit a double under hook suplex for the 3 count.”
 
-Gene talks with Larry Z. “Larry tells us he has no tag partner and will face both men tonight.
 
- “Jimmy Valiant made fast work of El Olympico with a sleeper hold”
 
-“Cowboy Ellis gave us his all but came up short as Swede helped Rip in the match. Rip hit a pile driver for the 3 count.”
 
-Gene talks with Paul Ellering. “Paul tells us he has his big TV title match next week with Wagner. Wagner comes out and both men go at it until the boys in the back pull them apart.”
 
-“Larry Z took on El Canek and Angel Blanco. “Larry holds his own until Canek got a low blow in behind the back of the ref. Now Larry is down and both men go to work on him. Larry fights back and has Angel down for the cover. Canek makes the save and has a chair. Canek goes to hit Larry but Firpo makes the save to run both men off.”

-Paul Ellering vs. Dr. Wagner (SWCW TV Title)
 
-Jimmy Valiant vs. The Russian Assassin
 
-Mil Mascaras/Dos Caras  vs. Swede Hansen/Rip Hawk
 
-Larry Zbysko vs. El Canek (Loser Leave Town)

You're doing a great job with Tito Santana, he's about ready to get a big push and this a great territory for it to happen in. The Larry Z-Canek feud is a great one. The LLT match should be a great end. Either way it turns out, it's going to be dramatic.

Morowoski put a roadblock up for Tito's push, but I know that he will rebound.
 
Larry Z a face? interestling
 
The Rangers are looking good here.
 
Canek may hit the wall here.
 
Can't wait for the Hawk-Hanson match with The Brothers. Classic.

Thanks for the good feedback. Ar too Larry Z as an Face. No he is and will be a Heel vs. Heel thing at this point. Larry will have most of the fans behind him but can he stop the monster Canek???

larry z should knock firpo for interferring.

BIG JOHN STUDD WILL BE BACK ON 9/16/77 , HE WILL BE WITH MIL & DOS CARAS AS THEY TAKE ON RIP & SWEDE. THE G.M. HAS MADE TIS MATCH A TITLE MATCH!!!
