Roger Kent welcomes us to another great action packed hour of AWA Midwest All-Star Wrestling.
Kent mentions that this past Monday night St. Paul Civic Center, the Blackjacks took on Midwest Tag Team Champions Larry Hennig and Wilbur Snyder in a loser leaves MCW match, and the end result was Blackjack Mulligan losing the fall and being forced to leave the Midwest Area.
We will have Percival Pringle III and Blackjack Lanza later in the hour, but at this time before our opening contest, let’s go to Al DeRusha in the ring with the Midwest Tag Team Champions Larry Hennig and Wilbur Snyder
DeRusha introduces the Tag Team Champions.
Snyder begins by mentioning that they are happy to have finally gotten rid of Mulligan, and that Lanza by himself, shouldn’t be too far behind. He mentions about the return of Jim Brunzell to the area, and the team he’s forming with Greg Gagne, which should really have the fans excited.
Hennig mentions that he’s ready for anybody, and he doesn’t care who wants the straps, they will put them on the line against anybody.
DeRusha thanks them, and introduces the opening contest. .

Bravo mentions that he’s been working hard every week, and he’s been training with veterans like Verne Gagne, Greg Gagne, Snyder and Hennig and he’s been learning lots and he’s ready to continue his rise to the top.
He mentions that he’s looking for some gold, and will be working hard till he achieves his goal. .

Malenko and Superstar enter the ring, and Malenko takes the microphone.
Malenko tells the fans to stand up and look in Awe of the greatest wrestler in the world today…..the Masked Superstar.
Superstar mentions that he was sick and tired wrestling with a bunch of lowlifes and he's here cause he's heard that the best wrestlers are in the AWA. He continues by issuing a challenge to the Midwest Heavyweight Champion Pedro Morales, and that the greatest wrestler in the world will soon be the Heavyweight Champion. Masked Superstar defeats

Lanza is upset that he’s lost his partner, but he’s even more upset that Snyder and Hennig are still champions. He continues by saying that he will continue to hunt them down, and he will be finding himself a partner to help him destroy Snyder and Hennig.
Pringle mentions that the dynastie that he will be creating will be filled with champions. .
