Rick St. James welcomes the fans to this week’s show which features the greatest wrestling from the greatest paradise… Puerto Rico.

St. James says that Earl Maynard will unveil his new tag partner on today’s show. J.C. Dykes is reported to be here to scout the new duo.

--Last week’s VTR showing Earl Maynard announcing a new tag partner to go against The Infernos is shown again.

St. James says he is pleased to announce that Maynard has recruited another legendary strongman to go against The Infernos. Maynard’s tag team partner is…. THE MIGHTY IGOR.

THE MIGHTY IGOR/ EARL MAYNARD vs. ALI BABA/ BULL GREGORY

Igor and Maynard come to the ring shaking hands with the studio fans. Igor starts out against Gregory. Igor performs several tests of strength and smiles for the crowd after each one. Gregory knees him from behind after one of the poses.

It is a short-lived advantage as Maynard is soon tagged in. Maynard focuses in on Baba’s right shoulder. J.C. Dykes comes out and watches the end of the match. He raises his hands to the heavens and shakes his head no. Maynard executes a standing hammerlock for the submission win @ 4:20.

WINNER: IGOR/ MAYNARD

St. James meets Maynard and Igor at ringside.

Maynard says he and Igor have the power to offset any devious tactics that “minister” may call down. Igor says that his job will be to squeeze the devil out The Infernos.
Dykes is seen near the curtain that leads backstage and Maynard calls him out. Dykes ducks back behind the curtain.

St. James states that Dykes and his men will have to face these men straight up with no places to hide. King Tonga and Huracan Castillo are here next.

A film clip from the match in San Juan between King Tonga/ Huracan Castillo and The Invaders is shown. Castillo is hit with the heart punch from Invader I after the match is officially decided. Medical personnel rush to his aid.

St. James tells the fans at home and in the studio that Castillo is recovered and that he and Tonga are wanting The Invaders in that ring as soon as possible. St. James will be talking to them after this next match.

HURACAN CASTILLO/ KING TONGA vs. ZOLTAN THE GREAT/ CICLON SUDAMERICANO

Ciclon wows the Channel 4 crowd with his high flying work against Castillo to start the contest. Castillo takes a little while to get untracked, probably because of the lingering effects of the heart punch. He manages to get the upper hand against Zoltan, though. He tags in Tonga, who hits a series of suplexes and a brutal savate kick against The Great One. He follows up the kick with a lateral press for the win @ 3:50.

WINNER: CASTILLO/ TONGA

St. James meets the two winners at ringside.

Castillo assures St. James and the fans he is fully together and focused on shoving that punch down a certain Black Hole. Tonga states that, if the Invaders want to go extreme, he and Castillo are not the people you want to bring to the dance. You won’t go home at all.

St. James says that the heart punch is the deadliest move in pro wrestling. The Invaders need to keep the phone handy to call 911, though, against these men.

Like Ricky Ricardo, Gil Hayes has some ‘splainin’ to do, next.

A film clip is shown of the match in Isabella, Puerto Rico between Gil Hayes and Hercules Ayala. Hayes has Ayala in an Indian Death Lock. Ayala punches his way out of it. Hayes is seen going into his boot for what seems like a pair of brass knucks. Ayala grabs Hayes in a quick cradle for the pinfall.

St. James says, in his opinion, that Hayes had a serious lapse of judgment in breaking the Indian Death Lock. He will ask Hayes about his mindset after the upcoming tag match.

GIL HAYES/ ROCK RIDDLE vs. ERICH FROELICH/ GEORGE GAISER

Hayes and Riddle point to a group of ladies in the crowd. The ladies hold up a sign that says “The Red Velvet Room.” They wave keys in the air. Hayes says he doesn’t play with minor leaguers. The humor stops once the match begins.

Gaiser has some success with football tackles. A flying forearm by Riddle sends a woozy Gaiser for a tag to Froelich. The barefooted competitor fares no better. A chop block by Hayes starts the punishment on Froelich’s right leg. It ends with an Indian Death Lock for the submission win @ 4:59.

WINNER: HAYES/ RIDDLE

St. James speaks to Hayes at ringside.

Hayes tells St. James that Riddle is going to the hotel room to get the party started with the real women. The Red Velvet Room section squeals in sadness.

St. James asks Hayes for the reason he broke off the Indian Death Lock on Ayala. Hayes says he was on the beach with some lovely ladies the day before. He got some sun damage to his eyes that the doctors said he should rest them. He is the man so he had to beat the man.

Ayala hit those damaged eyes with closed fists and Hayes says was trying to compose himself. Ayala got lucky with that small package. The next time, the eyes won’t be a problem. The belt will be another jewel for him to wear to dazzle the ladies.

He tells St. James he feels a dazzle coming on and he needs to let it go.

St. James shakes his head and wonders out loud if Hayes is planning to fly in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade with the helium he is sniffing. Dominic DeNucci is next.

Film clips shows Dominic DeNucci at ringside for last week’s TV main event between El Diablo Mascaras and Dean Ho. A second film clip shows him at ringside with Hercules Ayala for a Puerto Rican title defense in San Juan.

Carlos Colon is still involved in the WWWF, where he is one half of the tag champs with Chief Jay Strongbow. Dominic DeNucci is keeping him abreast of the actions of The Manson Mafia.

DOMINIC DENUCCI vs. PEDRO EL GRANDE

DeNucci dominates this match, even though Grande gets his licks in. DeNucci wins with an airplane that he modifies into a Samoan drop @ 3:58.

WINNER: DENUCCI

DeNucci meets St. James at the interview desk.

He doesn’t even get to start the interview with St. James. Mark Manson hits him from behind with a chair. Manson slams DeNucci’s head into the interview desk. A brave St. James gets in Manson’s face and demands he leave the set. Manson thinks of hitting St. James but decides not to. Manson says he is not the devil; he’s just family Medical personnel are called in by St. James as the camera fades to black.

Film clips shows action from singles matches involving Tosh Togo, Super Medico, Pepper Gomez, and Antonio Inoki. Inoki and Gomez came up on the short side of those contests.

St. James says that Gomez and Inoki need to focus their efforts toward working as a team against Togo and Medico today.

ANTONIO INOKI/ PEPPER GOMEZ vs. TOSH TOGO/ SUPER MEDICO

Medico and Togo dominate this contest until Medico misses a flying head butt on Inoki and tumbles through the ropes. Inoki and Gomez key in on the back of Medico. Gomez hits a power slam on Medico. Inoki goes after Togo as Marin starts the count.

Togo throws salt in Inoki’s eyes. Inoki starts to swing blindly. He hits Gomez. When Gomez turns around, Togo throws salt in his eyes. Marin calls for the bell. Gomez and Inoki end up fighting each other. Igor and Earl Maynard get in between the faces and get them re-focused. Medico and Togo end up the match laughing.

WINNER: GOMEZ/ INOKI by DQ

St. James tells fans they will have a report on Dominic DeNucci and his injuries next week. Don’t miss any of the WWC action.

Tonga/Castillo make for a great team. I think they could become the dominant team in WWC in no time. Mark Manson may be dangerous, but he's bitten off more than he can chew with Dominic Denucci. This long-time WWWF fan knows that Dom is one of the all-time best and he's going to send Manson back to the mainland battered and bruised!

Not to familliar with most of the guys here, but I'm really liking the action.

Gil Hayes is an interesting man...not sure he's too bright going against Hercules Ayala, but we'll have to wait and see.

DeNucci looked good here also.

Loved the Main Event.

Very enjoyable show.

great work with Mr. Wonderful and the Blonde Bomber.

I sincerely hope that Inoki and Gomez can calm down and reconcile. These two could be a very good tag-team.

From what I've read about Froelich you could probably put him to better use especially with the loss of DeNucci.

I don't know anything about Mark Manson, but if he's anything like you're writing him I really missed something.
