Theme music is played and the WWC logo is super imposed over arena match action.

The show begins with a film clip of action featuring Antonio Inoki and The Mighty Igor.

Bryan St. James is at the interview desk as the show begins. He welcomes the fans to another WWC TV program featuring the greatest wrestling from the greatest paradise: Puerto Rico.

St. John tells the fans that he has realized this week that the more things change the more things stay the same is not just a catch phrase. Antonio Inoki and The Mighty Igor are no longer with WWC, but several new wrestlers will be applying their trade here. How does these wrestlers leaving affect Earl Maynard and Pepper Gomez and their situations? We’ll talk about that today.

Carlos Colon returned to full time ring action in Puerto Rico this week and he is hot on the trail of the Manson Mafia. He’ll have a match on the show today.

The exciting team of El Rayo and Roberto Soto debuts here today. The Infernos, with J.C. Dykes will compete in tag action, too.

The main event today stems from an incident on TV involving Hercules Ayala, the Puerto Rican champion, and Gil Hayes. Ayala and Victor Jovica will team up to battle Hayes and Rock Riddle.

St. James tells both crowds that the bombastic action ignites right after these messages.

A film clip is shown of the winning pin in the Ponce WWC debut of El Rayo and Roberto Soto.

St. James remarks that the fans are in for a treat in the team of El Rayo and Roberto Soto. He remarks that this team stood toe-to-toe with Gene and Ole Anderson, the former NWA World Tag Team champions.
El RAYO/ ROBERTO SOTO vs. ZOLTAN THE GREAT/ ALI BABA

Despite some offense from Zoltan, Rayo and Soto dominate this match. The winning move comes while El Rayo holds Baba in an elevated bear hug. Soto comes off the top turnbuckle with a bulldog and floats over for the pin @ 4:00.

WINNER: RAYO/ SOTO

St. James meets the two winners at ringside.

El Rayo starts the interview by saying that WWC is the best place for them to re-establish their reputation. The top of the heap here is loaded with the toughest men in the business.

Soto says that The Andersons know how tough they can be and what they can accomplish if given a fair chance. Roberto feels that they will be given that fair chance in WWC.

St. James says this day could be the start of a championship trek for this exciting team. A team with a decidedly different attitude, The Infernos, is up next.

A film clip shows Dory Dixon replacing The Mighty Igor in a tag match with Earl Maynard against The Infernos. Despite some great tag team moves by Dixon and Maynard, double teaming by The Infernos net them a win.

St. James tells the audience that The Mighty has moved onto another NWA territory that he feels more comfortable in. He says the team of Dixon and Maynard are not finished with these men, The Infernos, and their manager, J.C. Dykes

THE INFERNOS vs. BULL GREGORY/ GEORGE GAISER

Dykes uses his whistle to signal different tag moves. As the crowd jeers, Dykes gestures like a minister asking the congregation to rise for a hymn. A double Russian leg sweep is followed up with a power slam by Inferno I on Gregory for the victory @ 4:58.

WINNERS: THE INFERNOS w/ DYKES

St. James meets the Southern trio at ringside.

Dykes says Brother Igor decided to go home again. The devils will always flee in the presence of righteousness. The Infernos will now go on to a higher calling. St. James says he has a special video from Earl Maynard and Dory Dixon that is especially for Dykes.

Maynard are in front of an NWA logo in a studio taping room. Maynard says the have an equalizer for the interference of Dykes. Andre the Giant comes on screen. Andre says that he may send Dykes right on his way to glory if he sticks his nose in the match. Dixon says that, by the way, it will be a six man match. Dykes takes off that K-Mart suit and goes to work like the common man.

The studio show returns to Dykes, whose face is as red as a tele-evangelist. The Infernos quickly lead their manager to the dressing room. St. James says that Dykes better be spirit-filled against Andre, Maynard, and Dixon. A troubled Pepper Gomez is next.

A film clip shows a match between Pepper Gomez and Super Medico from Ponce. Medico will not let up from beating Gomez in a post match attack. Mr. Justice is shown sending Medico to the back.

St. James says the match from last week on TV, that ended up with Gomez and Antonio Inoki being blinded with salt and fighting each other, has resulted in Inoki being injured. It will be a long time before he returns to a WWC ring. Pepper has been left alone to take on Tosh Togo and Super Medico.

PEPPER GOMEZ vs. CICLON SUDAMERICANO

The strength and experience of the veteran Gomez overcomes the youth and athleticism of Ciclon. The match is nip-and-tuck, though. A vertical suplex, followed up with a double stomp to the gut from the middle rope, by Gomez leads to the pin @ 4:11.

WINNER: PEPPER GOMEZ

St. James interviews a dejected Gomez at ringside.

Gomez starts the interview by saying young Sudamericano will be a top wrestler in WWC before long. He goes into his perspective of the salt throwing on last week’s show.
Gomez says a chop to Inoki’s throat that he threw was what put Inoki on the shelf. He was trying to help out and all he did was hurt.

Mr. Justice comes out to ringside.

St. James gives the masked man the mike. He addresses Gomez. Justice says, although he is masked, Gomez knows who he is. They have gone against each other, most recently in California. Justice says he decided to wear this mask when he could not bear to have his family, friends, fans, and himself look at the man he had become. He took short cuts that compromised his integrity. His chance for redemption can start today.

Justice extends his hand to Gomez and says he will be his partner against Togo and Medico. Gomez is hesitant, but as he looks around and hears the cheering fans, he accepts the offer.

St. James says this new bond could spell another defeat for Togo. Carlos Colon is in the studio next.

A film clip shows Carlos Colon in a victorious effort against El Diablo Mascaras and Mark Manson in Aguadilla. Later that night, Colon, with Dean Ho and Victor Rivera, is left bloodied in the ring by the Manson Mafia.

St. James says he talked to the legend Carlos Colon earlier today and he is enraged at the actions of the Manson Mafia. He will vent his anger after this match.

CARLOS COLON vs. PEDRO EL GRANDE

Colon wastes no time here. He goes in for Grande’s left leg early on. He drops to the floor and slams the leg over the ring apron. Carlos clamps on the figure four for the win @ 3:09.

WINNER: CARLOS COLON

Colon power walks to the interview desk.

He quickly grabs the microphone from St. James. Colon is not yelling, but is deliberate and intense. He says that the wrestling in Puerto Rico has always been bloody but the beat down in Aguadilla took it to a new level.

Colon asked Dom DeNucci to watch out for the Mafia for him while he took care of his WWWF commitments. When Manson hit Dom from behind last week and put him out, Carlos went to the promoters and asked them to speed up the process. Does Manson and his “family” want to go crimson? We will do just that.

St. James takes the mike after Colon slams it on the desk. He points out that the intensity won’t dial down, as our main event is up next, when WWC returns.

A VTR is shown of the gym bag incident involving Gil Hayes and Hercules Ayala that recently occurred on WWC TV.

St. James says that, while the initial anger has subsided, the rivalry between Hayes and Ayala has been brewing very close to the surface. Victor Jovica and Rock Riddle will be the tag partners for Ayala and Hayes in this contest.

HERCULES AYALA/ VICTOR JOVICA vs. GIL HAYES/ ROCK RIDDLE

This match begins with Hayes not wanting to get in the ring with Ayala. Anytime Jovica has Hayes, Ayala is begging for the tag. Jovica seems unsure of what to do, but tags in Ayala. Eventually, Jovica and Ayala wear Hayes down.

The match deteriorates to singles matches between Hayes and Ayala and Riddle and Jovica. Riddle is beating Jovica decisively, but a drop kick from out of nowhere by Jovica allows him to crawl over for a try at a tag to Ayala. Ayala is fighting on the floor. Riddle clamps on a chicken wing hold and Jovica has to submit
@ 7:25.

WINNER: HAYES/ RIDDLE

When the bell rings, Hayes and Riddle celebrate. Jovica is angry at what he perceives as Ayala not being there for him in this match. Ayala tries to explain, when Riddle and Hayes attack the duo from behind. Jovica falls out to the floor. He brings a chair back to the ring…AND CLOBBERS AYALA WITH IT.

The three men beat on Ayala, until El Rayo and Roberto Soto, with Carlos Colon, chase them off. Hayes and Riddle pat Jovica on the back, as Jovica smiles.

St. James closes the program with the repeated question…. Why, Jovica? Why?

I like Pepper Gomez. He was still a viable name in 1977. Things are getting interesting with Ayala. Maybe he should stick to single's action. I can't wait for Colon to get in full swing.

- Roberto Soto and El Rayo can match up effectively with most any team in the sport. I can't wait to see them v/s the Invaders or Riddle/Hunter.
- Earl Maynard and Dory Dixon made the right call by bringing Andre in. The apocalypse seems to be now for one JC Dykes.
- great promo from Carlos Colon. You could fill the intensity.
- I don't know much about Jovica, but if he's joining Riddle and Hunter he must be a good man.
