8/18/77 - Tony Bonema is in the Crows Nest! He interviews the PNW Tag Team Champions The Army, Rose reminds everyone that Martel and Kiniski have to beat them if they want the titles, The Army doesn't even have to win the match to remain Champions. Before leaving Rose crows about how Sweetan will destroy Snuka in the cage in Seattle - Al Tomko defeats Davey O'Hannon - Sweet Daddy Siki and The Super Destroyer are interviewed in the Crow's Nest and accept Dan Kroffat's Hair vs Mask match. Siki says Kroffat is going to look funny as a bald headed geek - Lenny Hurst defeats Dale Lewis with a dropkick off the middle rope. -2/3 Falls Main Event: Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel defeat PNW Tag Team Champions Buddy Rose and Baron Von Raschke 2 Falls to none, Martel pins Rose for the first fall, but when Rose realizes that they are about to loose the second fall and the titles he punches the referee forcing a disqualification, giving the match to Martel and Kiniski, but not the titles. As Bonema signs off he reminds everyone that PNW won't be on the air next week, but tells us to tun in in two weeks to see all the fall out from Seattle. 8/26/77 Seattle - Rudy Kay defeated Former AWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Davey O'Hannon - Sweet Daddy Siki defeats Tough Tony Bourne by Submission with a Figure Four Leg Lock - Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel defeat PNW Tag Team Champions Baron Von Raschke and Buddy Rose by Count Out when Rose and Raschke realize they are about to loose the titles and instead of risking it just retreat to the locker room. - Lumberjack Luke knocked out Frank Dusek with a Running Double ax Handle to the back of the head, he then laid out Dusek's partner Steven Little Bear with the ax Handle Luke brings to the ring with him. Luke locked on a type of Camel Clutch using the ax Handle to choke Little Bear until Paddy Ryan hit the ring and broke it up. Ryan knocked Luke out of the ring, and the Mad Lumberjack lost it, tossing chairs and anything else he could find into the ring before heading to the locker room - In a Hair vs Mask match, Dan Kroffat finally ended his war with The Super Destroyer when he forced the masked man to Submit to the Double Chicken Wing. The Destroyer tried to run but Kroffat, Rudy Kay, and others stopped him. The Super Destroyer was unmasked to be Seigfreid Stanke. - PNW Champion and Col Buck Robely fought to a violent Double DQ, - Superfly Snuka defeats Bruiser Sweetan in a bloody cage match. Sweetan actually got off the Piledriver, but somehow Snuka was able to keep him from escaping the cage. Snuka ends up getting the win after a Superfly Splash off the top of the cage. Once the match was over Rose and Raschke attacked Snuka in the cage. It looked like Snuka might be going down for the count when to the shock of everyone in Seattle, DUTCH SAVAGE RETURNED!!!!!!!!! Savage hit the ring and unloaded on the Army!!! Soon the ring was cleared out and Savage and Snuka stood in the rind triumphant. 9/1/77 Frank Bonema is in the Crow's Nest, he brings in Dutch Savage and Jimmy Snuka who are ready to take apart the Army. A tournament starts tonight and the winners will face the Army for the PNW Tag Titles, Savage and Snuka say they will win -Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel defeat The Scorpions to advance in the Tag Tournament. Once again Kiniski seemed over abusive to his opponents. - Frank Bonema interviews Col Buck Robley and he wants another match with Crusher Blackwell, but he wants one with no rules, anything goes. He says he doesn't care if the title is on the line, he just wants Blackwell in the ring. -Sweet Daddy Siki and his new partner Norvell Austin, defeat Lenny Hurst and Rudy Kay to advance in the tournament. Siki and Austin now call themselves the Black N Beautiful Express. - 2/3 Falls Main Event: PNW Champion Crusher Blackwell retains his title when he defeats Dan Kroffat in two straight falls. Blackwell attempts to continue the beating on Kroffat after the bell rings, but Col Buck Robley rushes out and puts a stop to it. 9/8/77 - Frank Bonema is in the Crow's Nest and is joined by Crusher Blackwell, who accepts Col Buck Robley's challenge. Blackwell says once he finally eliminates Robley, nothing will stand between him and the AWA World Title - The Interns with Dr. Ken Ramey debut and defeat Tony Bourne and Tug Boat Taylor to advance in the Tournament - Paddy Ryan is interviewed in the Crow's Nest, he says he is watching Lumberjack Luke and if that Mad Lumberjack thinks he is going to get to use that ax Handle he brings to the ring on anyone else, then he has another thing coming. - Dutch Savage and Jimmy Snuka defeat Kasavuba and Dale Lewis when Snuka pins Kasavuba 2/3 Falls Main Event: Col Buck Robley defeats Lumberjack Luke 2 Falls to none. Robley wins the first fall by Disqualification when Luke refuses to stop choking Robely. The Col. and then wins the second fall by Pin fall when Paddy Ryan comes out and stops Luke from using the ax Handle and Robely rolls him up from behind. Luke and Ryan end up brawling in the aisle, and to everyone's surprise, Crusher Blackwell hits the ring and lays out Robley with a Belly to Belly Suplex, it is mayhem here in the House of Action!!!! 9/15/77 - Frank Bonema is in the Crow's Nest! He is joined by Col Buck Robley. Robley says that Blackwell is real good a sneak attacks, but we'll see how good he is in Seattle when they battle it out in a Texas Death Match!!!!! - Dan Kroffat defeats Kasuvuba with a Sunset Flip - Bonema is joined by Dutch Savage and Superfly Snuka, tonight they get one step closer to getting their hands on the Army. Savage said that he lost months in a hospital bed because of Buddy Rose, and now he will make him pay!! - Baron Von Raschke with Buddy Rose defeats Matti Suzuki with the Claw! - 2/3 Falls Main Event: Dutch Savage and Superfly Snuka defeat the Black N Beautiful Express 2 Falls to None to advance to the finals of the Tag Tournament. 9/22/77 - Frank Bonema is in The Crow's Nest! He is joined by Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel, Kiniski says it is an outrage that they are being forced to wrestling in this tournament. They never got a fair shot at the PNW Tag Titles. He tells Martel to toughen up if he wants to win, because no one gives anything to you. You gotta take it from them, using whatever force you have to. - Tony Bourne defeats Dale Lewis with a Leg Drop - Bonema is joined in the Crow's Nest by PNW Champion Crusher Blackwell. Blackwell says he will finally destroy Robley and then the AWA World Title will be his - Paddy Ryan defeats Mickey Doyle with a Sleeper Hold. - 2/3 Falls Main Event: The Interns shock everyone when they defeat Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel 2 Falls to One to advance to the finals of the tournament. Martel takes the first fall with a Slingshot Splash, Kiniski looses the second fall by DQ when he refuses to release a submission hold after Intern #1 reaches the ropes. Kiniski is pinned during the third fall when The Interns pull a switcheroo behind everyone's back and catch Kiniski with an inside cradle. Martel had the match in hand, but Kiniski demanded to be tagged in, and that lag time was all the Interns needed to swap out. Kiniski was really angry after the match 9/29/77 - Frank Bonema is in the Crow's Nest with Gene Kiniski and Rick Martel. Martel tries to speak, but Kiniski won't let him, saying the referee in their match was paid off, and that it doesn't matter who wins the tournament, everyone know that they are the #1 contenders. Kiniski then lays some blame at the feet of Rick Martel saying he needs to toughen up. Kiniski, even though he cost his team two falls, refuses to take any of the blame. - Black and Beautiful Express defeats Tommy Seiger and Al Tomko - Buddy Rose and Baron Von Raschke are interviewed in the Crow's Nest. Rose says they will keep the titles no matter which team they face, reminding who ever wins that they have to beat Rose and Raschke is they want the belts, and that is a lot easier said then done. - Lenny Hurst defeats Tony Kontellis after a series of Dropkicks - 2/3 Falls Main Event: Dutch Savage and Superfly Snuka defeat The Interns in a tag team war. Savage takes the first fall with a Piledriver, Intern #2 takes the second fall with an inside cradle after a switcheroo. Snuka takes the final fall with a Superfly Splash. Snuka and Savage will now face the Army is Seattle!!!! 9/30/77 Seattle - Dan Kroffat defeats Tony Kontellis with a Sunset Flip - Leo Burke makes his PNW debut and does not endear himself to the crowd, breaking all the rules he can before putting away Matti Suzuki - Rick Martel and Gene Kiniski defeats the team that cheated them out of another shot at the PNW Tag Team Titles, The Interns with Dr. Ken Ramey when Martel pins Intern #1 with a Slingshot Splash. Kiniski was allot rougher then he has been, and was barking orders at Martel, which is also something he normally does not do. - Lumberjack Luke and Paddy Ryan battle to a No Contest. After the match Luke tries to attack Ryan with the ax Handle but Ryan takes it from him and blasts Luke with it, sending the Mad Lumberjack over the ropes and to the floor. - The BNB Express (Sweet Daddy Siki and Norvell Austin) defeat Bobby and Rudy Kay when Austin pinned Rudy with a handful of tights - PNW Champion Crusher Blackwell battles Col Buck Robley in a Texas Death Match. The two men bleed buckets and pound each other with everything they can find, but in the end it is the Mountain From Stone Mountain that get the pinfall and the victory when he pins Robley with a Splash from the Top Rope, and Robely is unable to answer the ten count. Blackwell leaves with his title once again showing how unstoppable he really is Superfly Snuka and Dutch Savage defeat PNW Tag Team Champions Buddy Rose and Baron Von Raschke to become the New Champions. Rose kept trying to get his team disqualified but the referee wouldn't do it, Savage got a measure of revenge and the pin fall on Rose. The crowd went wild as Snuka and Savage stood proud in the ring with the belts. Rick Martel and Gene Kiniski came out to the ring, and even though you could tell they wanted the belts, they still offered their congratulations to Savage and Snuka, but Kiniski did have a certain look when he left the ring.
