Abdullah the Butcher & Pak Song w/Gen.  Cannon  vs  Mil Mascaras & Luis Martinez

The Mexican tandem kept Song & Abby off-balance with quick tags and flying moves.  Abdullah was looking for blood and didn't care where it came from.  Halfway through the match Butcher attacked Cannon and Song for trying to order him around.  Blood flowed from both heels and they fled to safety of the dressing room.  Luis & Mil wore down the Butcher and eventually he fell victim to a Mil cross-bodyblock.

The match of the tournament thus far.  The GCW star fought Sicodelico tooth and nail for over fifteen minutes.  Sicodelico rolled through a bodyblock to get the pin.

WINNER:  EL SICODELICO @17:21

MATCH #8

WWA Tag Team Title Match

The Von Brauners w/Gerhardt Kaiser  vs  Mr. Wrestling 1 & 2

Rematch of the tournament finals from last week.  The masked men wrestled a tremendous match as they kept the Germans off-balance for the majority of the match.  1 & 2 used most of the moves in their arsenals to weaken the Champions for their finishing moves.  2 had Karl in position for the "Million Dollar Knee-lift" when Kaiser climbed up on the ring apron.  This distraction gave the German duo a chance to clobber 2 with one of the belts.  As 2 crashed to the mat, 1 came in and was pushed back by the referee.  Kurt pinned 2 with his feet on the ropes a second before 1 could make the save.

WINNERS:  The Von Brauners @21:55

MATCH #9

WWA Heavyweight Championship Match

Otto Wanz  vs  Killer Karl Krupp w/Gerhardt Kaiser

Wanz and Krupp battled each other like a couple of bulls.  The rulebook was thrown out early in this one.  Krupp held the advantage for more than half the match.  Brutal blows to the Champion's head and mid-section weakened the Austrian great.  Adrenaline caused his first mistake when he thought he could slam the big man.  Wanz used this incident to take control.  He became a suplex machine and had Krupp on the run.  Kaiser tried to interfere but was met with a belly-to-belly of his own.  Afterwards, Wanz scooped up Krupp and landed a crushing Samoan drop for the win.

WINNER:  OTTO WANZ @24:02

INTERMISSION

MATCH #10

WWA Junior Heavyweight Championship Tournament Finals- 1 fall, 60

Dos Caras  vs  El Sicodelico

Two brothers, one title.  After a handshake, the brothers decided to leave their love for each other at the door and the fans in Pittsburgh were the winners in this one.  The action above the ring was matched only by the action on the mat.  An assortment of holds were exchanged for the first few minutes.  Armbars, toeholds, leglocks, headlocks, chicken-wings, and surfboards were employed.  Next, both men dazzled the fans with dropkicks, headscissors, flying shoulderblocks, tackles, and rolling front headscissors.  The longer the match went, the weaker they got, but they were still amazing.  It seemed as though they could read each other's mind.  After forty minutes both men were exhausted.  It was obvious that the winner would be the one who could capitalize on the other's mistake.  That mistake came when Sicodelico missed a bodyblock from the ropes.  Caras locked on a half-nelson and pinned his brother's shoulders to the mat.  After the match, Mil came to the ring to congratulate Caras and console Sicodelico.  The three brothers hugged and walked proudly to the back with their arms raised in the air.

WINNER & NEW WWA JR. HWT. CHAMPION:  DOS CARAS @44:38

MATCH #11

AWA World Hwt. Title Match - 1fall,No DQ, No Time Limit, Death Match

Nick Bockwinkel w/Gen. Cannon  vs  Antonio Inoki

Part three in the saga did not disappoint.  The appearance of Cannon threw Inoki off from the start.  That was not the only trick up the Champion's sleeve.  With no reward for running, the Champion came out with an aggressive approach.  This surprised Inoki and Bockwinkel took the early advantage.  Bockwinkel worked over Inoki's whole body, not concentrating on any body part in particular.  Nick used headlocks, armbars, backbreakers, a Boston crab, and a spinning toe hold to put Inoki at a big disadvantage.  Inoki didn't become one of the top International stars by giving in easily.  Slowly, Inoki came back.  He took the advantage when he reversed a hip toss and worked the Champion's back over in preparation of the Octopus hold.  Inoki used a bow and arrow, backbreakers, bodyslams, and suplexes to set the Champion up.  At the opportune time, Inoki ensnared Bockwinkel in the Octopus.  Nick struggled to escape, but was doomed.  All of a sudden, Cannon enters the ring and attacks Inoki with punches and kicks.  He even managed to land a splash on the challenger.  The referee was helpless to do anything because of the rules that Inoki had asked for.  Bockwinkel recovered and helped in the beatdown of Inoki.  The heels set up Inoki for a spike piledriver and the Asian superstar's head crashed hard to the mat.  Bockwinkel covered the challenger and the referee, reluctantly, made the count.  After the match, Bockwinkel and Cannon gloated and paraded around the ring as though they had conquered the World.  Inoki eventually rose to his feet and knew he'd been outsmarted.  In his mind, Inoki knew this would not be the last time he'd meet the Champion.

WINNER:  NICK BOCKWINKEL @38:44

I thought Bockwinkel would have had more class than to associate himself with Cannon. Guess I was wrong. Inoki will rebound, I'm sure.

I like your use of Wanz here. Liked the use of the Samoan Drop as a finisher. Beating Krupp, who has been on a roll in WWA, is a great accomplishment.

The tag match for the titles between The Von Brauners and Wrestling I & II did not dissappoint. Fantastic.

It was nice to see Mike Jackson with a quarterfinal win. I always thought he was underused and underappreciated.

I found my self riveted by the Caras/ Sicodelico finals match. Family vs. family wasn't the norm IRL during this era, but you handled it like it would have been had it come up.

Caras will be great as the WWA Junior heavyweight champion.

Fantastic house show.

Awesome show the WWA is showing the NE fans what Major League Professional Wrestling is all about. Once Bruno sees that the level of competition is stiffer in the WWA than in the WWF hopefully he'll defect.

Mike Jackson continues to show why he's known as "Mr. Action" in GCW.
The Von Brauners v/s Mr. Wrestling 1 and 2 is turning into a top program.
Rumor has it that both teams will be competing in the GCW Thanksgiving Tag-Team Tournament.
Otto Wanz is proving himself to be a fine champion.
Congrats to Dos Caras on winning the Jr. Heavyweight title. I thought maybe Caras and Sicodelico would hold a little bit back against each other, but they put it all on the line in the phenominal main event.
Abby v/s the giant Korean should be prove to be the definition of extreme.
