Roger Kent welcomes us to another great action packed hour of AWA Midwest All-Star Wrestling.  
 
Kent mentions that the AWA World Tag Team Champions, the Love Brothers, will be making their Midwest TV debut as Champions this week.  
 
Plus last week, Lanza slapped Pringle and said that he would have a partner next week.  So this will be the 4th Week that Lanza tries to find a partner to replace Blackjack Mulligan, who will it be this week..
 
Plus a few newcomers making their Midwest TV debut, and we are going immediately to the ring with one of those new guys in the area.  .
 
So let’s go to the ring for the opening contest.

Ron Starr defeats Brian Mackney following a Russian Leg Sweep.

Al DeRusha joins Ron Starr in the ring.
 
Starr mentions that he’s happy to be right here in the Major leagues of Professional Wrestling AWA Midwest and that he’s currently looking to get a shot at the Roddy Piper and the World Junior Heavyweight Title.   Starr mentions that he’s already faced Piper in the ring, in Canada and he almost beat him, and he’s ready to get another shot at the belt and win the title.
 
This brings out another newcomer Jimmy Golden.   Golden enters the ring and tells Starr that he doesn’t deserve a shot at Piper, cause Piper needs to be facing some real challengers, not pretenders.  
 
Starr nods his head in agreement, and Golden begins to laugh, when he turns around Starr decks Golden, and proceeds to chase him out of the studio.

We return to the studio and see footage of what happened before the break, with Starr decking Jimmy Golden.
 
Roger Kent welcomes at the broadcast desk the AWA World Tag Team Champions the Love Brothers.  
 
Reginald Love mentions that peace and love is the greatest thing in the world, how can there not be any peace in the world when the Love Brothers are the champions.
 
Hartford Love mentions that they are here to give the people all the love in the world, and to show them all what a Real tag team can do.
 
The Love Brothers proceeds to the ring for their contest.

AWA World Tag Team Champions The Love Brothers defeats Pat & Mike Kelly, when Hartford pins Mike Kelly following a double elbow drop.

We return to the and see footage of the last 3 weeks of Blackjack Lanza trying to find a new partner and footage of Lanza slapping Percival Pringle III last week.  
 
Lanza comes out, followed by Pringle.   Pringles goes to talk, and Lanza tells him to shut up.   Lanza tells him, that he’s responsible for Mulligan losing the fall of the Loser Leaves Town match, and that he’s sick and tired of Pringle trying to find a partner, when it’s pretty obvious that he has no idea what he’s doing.  
 
Pringle tries to apologize, but Lanza screams at him to shut up and watch, as he introduces his partner.
 
Lanza claims that this man will help him rule the AWA Midwest and that’s a guarantee.
 
Lanza then introduces his selection, which is

DAVID SHULTZ
 
Shultz comes out accompanied by his manager Professor Malenko, and enters the ring with Lanza right behind him.
 
Pringle as a big smile on his face, as he realizes that Shultz and Lanza could bring him championship gold.

Blackjack Lanza & David Shultz (With Professor Malenko & Percival Pringle III) demolishes Buck Zumhoff & Larry Lane, when Shultz put Zumhoff out with a Pile Driver.
 
Following the match, Percival Pringle enters the ring and jumps for joy for his new tag team, as Lanza and Shultz just stare at him.   Malenko enters the ring and gives a maniac laugh as Shultz clothesline Pringle.  
 
Pringle goes down hard and he picks him up for a Pile Driver, but wait, Lanza stops him.    
 
Shultz is angry and screams at Lanza, who picks up Pringle and delivers a Pile Driver himself to Pringle.   Shultz and Lanza proceed to pummel Pringle who is obviously no match for these 2 men.
 
Referee Marty Miller tries to get some order, but he’s unable too, as Shultz and Lanza continue to demolish Pringle, till Greg Gagne and Jim Brunzell come out and make the save, and tend to a bloody Percival Pringle III.

Greg Gagne and Jim Brunzell are standing in the ring with Al DeRusha.
 
Gagne mentions that he’s never seen anything like this before.  He mentions that it takes 2 tough men to beat up on a manager, who is not trained to be in the ring and wrestled.
 
Brunzell mentions that if Shultz and Lanza are so tough, then they should put their names on the dotted line and step in the ring with them.   They’ll quickly learn that they are no managers.

David Shultz, Blackjack Lanza & Professor Malenko comes out and joins Roger Kent at the Broadcast desk
 
Kent mentions how disgusted he his with what he witnessed early in the show.  
 
Lanza mentions that Pringle got what he deserved and that he should learn his lesson and stay home.  He’s responsible for all the misery in his life and that tonight was just the beginning.  
 
Malenko mentions that his new tag team will soon be wrecking havoc all across the Midwest Area and they will be taking the Tag Team titles from Hennig and Snyder very soon.
 
Shultz gives a warning to the High Flyers to not stick their nose in their business again, or they will be sorry.

Larry Hennig (With Wilbur Snyder) defeats Ted Oates in a scientific most falls to curfew match, following the ax Hammer.

lanza-schultz??? good idea. that should be a hard team to beat. and with pringle getting the smacking he got...that's a good start.
