How long was Jeff Jarrett a 4 Horseman?

I remember he beat Mongo with the Halliburton briefcase at SuperBrawl VII allowing him to join the group.

Too long. Ugh...Can anyone think of a point in his career when Jarrett was really over? I 've never seen someone elicit such an overwhelming sense of ambivalence in a crowd, kinda like he was just 'there'.  Don't get me wrong, he's a great worker and all, but me personally, I get irritated when he's on the screen and it's not any different in person.  The 'Austin lite' gimmick in TNA never worked.  Sorry to go off topic.
