Caras is riding high after his big win for the title. That momentum led to this victory. WINNER: DOS CARAS @9:23 MATCH #6 WWA TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH The Von Brauners w/Gerhardt Kaiser vs Antonio Inoki & Mil Mascaras What a match! The unusual pairing of Inoki and Mascaras clicked from the opening bell. They worked like a well-oiled machine throughout this encounter. The Von Brauners, to their credit, were not intimidated by their popular rivals. Kurt & Karl started off the match as victims of an offensive onslaught. Inoki and Mil traded back and forth between a ground attack (Inoki) and an air assault (Mascaras). After several minutes, the Champions took the advantage with sheer brutality. Rough tactics by the Germans had the challengers fighting for their lives during the late stages of the match. With Karl and Mil the legal men, Karl captured Mil in a camel clutch. Mil, showing tremendous strength, lifted himself to his feet with Karl still on his shoulders! Mil fell back and the German crashed to the mat. Mil slowly edged toward his corner. He was within inches of making the tag when Kurt entered the ring and pulled Karl to their corner. Kurt tagged in and kicked Mascaras before he could make the exchange. Kurt beat on Mil and applied a Boston crab. Inoki saved his partner with a kick to Kurt's chest. Karl entered the ring and the Champions had the popular masked man trapped in the corner. The Von Brauners set up for a double clothesline, but Mil forward rolled under it and made the tag to Inoki. Antonio cleaned house. He had the Champions running like they stole something. After knocking Karl out of the ring, Inoki locked Kurt in the octopus. The German struggled to free himself, trying to make the ropes. Inoki shifted his weight and rolled back into a pinning position. The referee counted ...........1................2..............ding, ding, ding! The 45 minute time limit expired before the ref could finish his count! The Germans grab their belts and head back to the back, lucky to still be the champions. Mil and Inoki hug and wave to their adoring fans. WINNERS: NONE - 45 minute time limit draw MATCH #7 WWA HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH Otto Wanz vs Kenji Shibuya w/Gen. Cannon Shibuya receives another shot at the belt, this time against Wanz. Shibuya was responsible for the original injury that put Bruiser on the shelf and is looking to do the same to Wanz. The Champion had other thoughts. This match turned ugly early as Kenji and Cannon tried every dirty trick in the book to unseat the Austrian. Otto tried to keep it clean, but was forced to fight fire with fire to maintain his grasp on the belt. Shibuya took the advantage on Wanz with judo and nerve holds, but the champ would not stay down. Wanz fought back with suplex after suplex. He then hit a legdrop and a splash. Before he could gain the three count, Cannon climbed onto the ring apron. Wanz got up and flipped the general into the ring. Shibuya, recovered by now, grabbed both of Wanz' arms and held him while Cannon prepared to throw powder in the Champion's eyes. At the last second, Wanz ducked and Kenji took the full impact of the powder. Wanz nailed Cannon who fell to ringside. Blinded, Shibuya began to swing wildly. Wanz waited for his opening and hoisted the Asian warrior up. One Samoan drop later and Otto had successfully defended his title. WINNER: OTTO WANZ @21:54
