The opening plays, showing several Stampede stars of past and present, in action in short clips.
We then join Ed Whalen sitting at the announcer's table at ringside.
Whalen: "Hello again everyone, and welcome to Stampede Wrestling. I'm Ed Whalen and do we have a show lined up for you today! North American Heavyweight Champion Keith Franks will be here, he'll face the rugged veteran Jacques Goulet in a non-title match. Bud and Ray Osborne will take on the young rookie from Japan, Satoru Sayama, and Johnny Eagles. And, of course, our big feature attraction, Bruce Hart, one half of the International Tag Team Champions, takes on Animal Hamaguchi!"
As Whalen finishes talking, the cameras pick up a rather large man sitting in the front row, he's wearing a suit and tie, but has a white mask on.
Whalen: "Well fans, I'm not sure who that man is, but judging by the size of him, he could fit in with the wrestlers inside the ring! Speaking of which, let's go up to the ring for our first match, as Keith Franks takes on Jacques Goulet."
MATCH #1 - 1 fall, 10 minute time limit: Keith Franks defeats
Jacques Goulet at 6:58.
Goulet put up a good fight in this match, and at one point, it looked like he was going to be victorious when he locked Franks in a Sleeperhold, but the Champion backed into the corner, knocking the wind out of Goulet and forcing him to release the hold. Franks then snapmared Goulet to the mat and connected with a lightning-quick kneedrop, leading to the pinfall victory.

After the break, Ed Whalen is with North American Champion Keith Franks in the ring.
Whalen: "Keith, congratulations on your victory here today, as well as your successful title defence last night at the Victoria Pavilion against Kasavubu."
Franks: "Thank you, Ed"
Whalen: "You've had some very tough matches since becoming North American Champion several months ago, but after you turned down Big Bad John's offer to join his Army, he's been sending wrestlers after you, who could best be described as hired guns."
Franks: "Well Ed, I've been very fortunate to hang onto this title for as long as I have, I know that the line of wrestlers looking for a title shot isn't going to end, it will keep getting longer and longer, but I'm a fighting Champion, I'll take on any and all challengers, it doesn't matter who it is. So Big Bad John, you can go out and get any wrestler you want and they can come after this title, but I'm not going to back down from anyone!"
As Keith finishes talking, his eye catches the masked man in the front row. The man is staring at him intently.
Whalen: "Keith, next Friday night in Calgary, a tag team match has been signed, pitting you and Jake Roberts against Big Bad John's team of Don Leo Jonathan and Kasavubu."
Franks hasn't heard a word of this, he's more intrigued by this masked man at ringside now. The man looks at Franks, then points at the North American title belt!
Whalen: "I still have yet to learn the identity of this masked man sitting at ringside, but he seems to have taken particular interest in the North American Champion!"
Franks turns his attention back to Whalen.
Whalen: "So, as I was saying, Keith, you and Jake Roberts will be involved in a big tag team match next Friday night, against the team of Don Leo Jonathan and Kasavubu, with Big Bad John in their corner."
Franks: "I've listened to Big Bad John come out here and talk about how he's going to take over Stampede. Well, John, you're sadly mistaken if you think that you're going to take over while there are guys like Jake Roberts and myself around here! Ed, John calls those men his "Army", well, if it's a war he want, it's a war he'll get!"
Whalen: "How about that fans! Keith Franks declaring War on Big Bad John and his Army! We'll be right back with more Stampede wrestling right after this."

MATCH #2 - 1 fall, 10 minute time limit: Bud & Ray Osborne defeat
Satoru Sayama & Johnny Eagles at 3:19.
Eagles has both Osborne brothers in a bad way early on, but when Eagles tags out to Sayama, the Osborne brothers quickly isolate Sayama in their corner. After plenty of double-teaming, the Osbornes wear Sayama down, and Ray pins him after picking Sayama up and slamming him down, stomach-first, over his knee.
Afterwards, the Osbornes continue to assault Sayama, they throw Johnny Eagles from the ring, and give Sayama a vicious beating!
Whalen: "C'mon now, this is completely uncalled for, we need some help out here, someone needs to put a stop to this!"
Suddenly, Keith and Bruce Hart, the reigning International Tag Team Champions, hit the ring and run the Osborne brothers off!
Whalen: "All I can say is, good thing the Hart brothers are here, or that could have ended up a lot worse than it did for young Satoru Sayama!"
Bruce Hart walks over to where Whalen is sitting.
Bruce: "Ed, I'd like to take just a moment of your time here, I want to issue a challenge to those Osborne boys, for a match right here next week on television!"
Bruce and Keith walk off.
Whalen: "Bruce Hart challenging Bud and Ray Osborne to a tag team match on next week's show. You certainly don't want to miss that one! We'll be right back with more Stampede wrestling, right after this."

After the break, Ed Whalen is joined in the ring by Big Bad John, Don Leo Jonathan, The Destroyer and Kasavubu.
Whalen: "John, it certainly appears that you have built quite a stable here in Stampede wrestling."
John: "You're absolutely right, Whalen, I have built quite a stable, and it's only going to get stronger! You see Whalen, these men are going to help me take over Stampede wrestling, and the entire NWA! If the only resistance that we're going to get is from guys like Jake Roberts and Keith Franks, taking over Stampede will be even easier than I thought. Once we destroy those two next week at the Victoria Pavilion, this promotion will be all MINE!"
Whalen: "I don't know about that."
John: "Not only does Keith Franks have Kasavubu to worry about, but Don Leo Jonathan and The Destroyer are looking for title shots as well, and don't worry, I haven't forgot about the Hart brothers. I've negotiated to bring a team into Stampede shortly that will will destroy the Hart brothers and bring me the International Tag Team titles!"
Whalen: "And who might this team be?"
John: "You'll find out soon enough, Whalen."
Big Bad John leads his men from the ring.
Whalen: "Big Bad John, as confident as ever, claiming that he will be bringing a new tag team to Stampede wrestling that will take the International Tag Team titles from Bruce and Keith Hart. Whether that happens or not remains to be seen, but right now, we've got to take another quick break, but we'll be right back with more Stampede wrestling right after this."

Whalen: "It's time now for our feature bout, as Bruce Hart takes on Animal Hamaguchi."
MATCH #3 - 1 fall, 10 minute time limit: Bruce Hart defeat
Animal Hamaguchi at 6:41.
Hamaguchi is a vicious individual and uses underhanded tactics every chance he gets. Hamaguchi does a number on Hart throughout the match, but in the end, Hart turns things around and after a series of dropkicks, he comes off the ropes with a flying clothesline, leading to the pinfall.
The bell rings as we go to the final commercial break.

After the break, Bruce is in the ring, getting his hand raised.
Whalen: "We're back, and as you can see, Bruce Hart victorious in a hard-fought match with Animal Hamaguchi, he's just getting his hand raised now and...wait just a minute...what's this all about?!?!"
Ray Osborne sneaks into the ring, chair in hand, and bashes Bruce in the back of the head with it! With Bruce down on the mat, Ray proceeds to drive the edge of the chair repeatedly into Bruce’s knee!
Whalen: "Ray Osborne has just hit the ring and is assaulting Bruce Hart!"
Keith Hart hits the ring to help his brother, but the damage has been done. Bruce can’t walk out of the ring on his own, Keith and several officials have to carry him out!
Whalen: "I can't believe what we've just witnessed! A savage assault on Bruce Hart by Ray Osborne with that chair, and Bruce now, having to be helped from the ring. We're out of time for this week, but hopefully next week we'll have some idea on the condition of Bruce Hart. On next week's show, Animal Hamaguchi will be in action, the mysterious Red Demon will be here as well, and our feature match will see a rematch from last night in Calgary, as Kasavubu faces Keith Franks, although this time it will be a non-title match. All that and much, much more, right here next week. In the mean-time, and in between time, that's it for another edition of Stampede Wrestling. Bye Now."
