Underrated tag tem that made other guys look good and could really work when they were given the chance.  
 
"Lt. James Earl Wright" was also known as Dale Veasey I believe I read along the way.

The State Patrol never got the push they deserved in my opinion.  They always looked solid in the ring.  As someone stated before, they seemed to do a good job of putting over the other talent.  I remember when they wrestled the 6-man tag team match with Curtis Hughes (the big cat) at Wrestlewar '91.
