Not too sure here, but what I can remember (did not check facts on this one) off the top of my head, the Headshrinkers worked the Steiners at WM IX.  That was the team of Rikishi and Samu.

The SST (again, just going off a show I saw a long time ago) worked the Night of the Iron Man Starrcade event.  I believe it was Rikishi in there, but not with Samu as his partner.

Not to say that either team had only two exclusive members.  Again, not sure, but I am pretty certain that someone will have the above videos and can confirm/deny.

The SST was originally Fatu and Samu, but then the Samoan Savage (Prince Tonga/Islander Tama in the WWF) eventually replaced the latter. I think this also coincided with a name change to the Wild Samoans.

When Fatu and Samu later joined the WWF as the Head Shrinkers, Samu was eventually replaced in the team again with Sionne (the Barbarian).
