Dusty Rhodes Jr. ?

From Danville,Virginia in 1977. The IWA had ceased operations but Bulldog Brower was still defending the North American belt. I saw Stanley Flair here in Mount Airy in the late 70's. Ric McCord  appeared on those cards also. I Would guess  that the Ric McCoy listed on this card is McCord.

I saw Stanley wrestle a couple of times in Mount Airy during the 70's. He had the blonde hair and robe. He wrestled Johnny Hunter in the main event of one of those cards and looked pretty good. Stanley had a "World Title" belt and if I remember correctly the ring announcer said "International Wrestling Federation". I sat beside Stanley's Mom that night  and had a good conversation with her. I believe she said they lived up around Bassett,Virginia but I may be wrong on the town.

When Steve and I were going back home from this past Fanfest, I made the observation that one of the wrestlers at Fanfest, "Stan Lee" looked a heck of a lot like I remembered Stanley Flair to look like.
