Camera pans the audience and settles on Gene Okerlund at the announce podium. Okerlund: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another exciting edition of WWA Championship Wrestling. I am your host for today, Gene Okerlund. My friend and colleague, Bob Jenkins, is under the weather today, but we hope he will be able to join us next week. We wish Bob a speedy recovery. Fans, today's show is truly action packed. We will see Union Jack, a fantastic junior heavyweight tag team match, Killer Karl Krupp defending the TV Title against Mr. Wrestling 1, and our Dream Match. We will also hear from Union Jack, Antonio Inoki, & Luis Martinez and Joe Lightfoot. And don't forget, another great installment of "Commissioner's Corner." So, without further adieu, let's go to the ring for our first match... MATCH #1 Union Jack vs Carlos Rocha Jack looks great as he defeats Rocha with the "London Bridge." After the match, he joined by his British partners at the announce podium. Okerlund: Union Jack...That was a fantastic win, but what everyone wants to know is, who is this man you say the Queen has sent you to prepare the way for? Jack: Old chap, it is not for you to question, my dear man. You see, Her Majesty has selected the WWA to showcase this great athlete. The competition here intrigues her and she feels that this is the area that he can make the most impact. I will give you one clue, though. The Queen is a Lady who tells no tales, the man she has selected was born in Wales. Good day to you. Okerlund: Huh? Fans, we'll be back with "Commissioner's Corner." Commercial Okerlund runs down where WWA action can be seen in the coming days. 11/11 - Pittsburgh, PA 11/13 - Cincinnati, OH 11/15 - West Lafayette, IN 11/18 - Indianapolis, IN 11/20 - Terre Haute, IN 11/22 - Columbus, OH Thatcher: Fans, welcome to another edition of "Commissioner's Corner." This week, we have an abbreviated version of this segment to allow time for our television matches. I am happy to announce that Antonio Inoki and Dick the Bruiser have settled their differences and are now battling Cannon's Army together. We will hear from Inoki later. Next, the match has been signed. Next Sunday, November 18th, Don Muraco will challenge Otto Wanz for the WWA Heavyweight Championship. Remember that Muraco earned this match by defeating Mil Mascaras and Antonio Inoki in the same week. Muraco has sent us a message that we will watch now. A VTR airs with Don Muraco working out in a gym. Muraco: One week! Wanz, ya got one week. Then, that belt's mine. Ya see, I'm here working out my body for our match. I'm gonna be in the best shape of my life. Hope you're doin' the same. When I look at ya, I can tell that you're in shape. The shape of a beach ball! Ya see, Wanz, i know ya can wrestle, but when that tongue starts draggin' the mat, do ya have the intestinal fortitude to overcome it or will ya just lay there like a beached whale? I'm gonna run ya all over that ring. Hope ya got what it takes. If not, the WWA can still rent ya out to Goodyear to be the blimp. I'll see ya next week Wanz. Hope you're ready! Thatcher: Next week should be a good one. Speaking of good ones, our Dream Match this week is going to be a real good one. The winning post card comes from Clyde Clemmons of South Bend, IN. He writes: "Dear WWA, When I think of dreams, I think of things we've never seen before. My two favorite wrestlers are Mil Mascaras and Mr. Wrestling 2. I have always dreamed of seeing these two as a tag team. WWA, please make my dream come true. Thanks, Clyde Clemmons" Thatcher: Well, Clyde, we have decided to grant your wish. Mil Mascaras and Mr. Wrestling 2 will team for the first time ever to face Pak Song and Mr. Ito in today's main event. What a great match that should be. Now, let's go to the ring for our next match... MATCH #2 Dos Caras & El Sicodelico vs Black Cat & Cien Caras Great match with Cien Caras scoring a surprise, clean pin on Dos Caras. This is the first pinfall loss for the Jr. Hwt. Champion since joining the WWA. Okerlund: We'll be back after these messages from our sponsors... Commercial Okerlund: Fans, joining me at this time is Japanese great Antonio Inoki. Mr. Inoki, you've seemed to have settled your differences with Dick the Bruiser. What are your plans now? Inoki: (through an interpreter) Well, Mr. Okerlund, I am quite embarrassed about my actions last week. I realize that Bruiser is a good man who made a dumb mistake. We all do that at times. I hold no hostility towards Bruiser. we are friends and he has helped me out several times this week. Once, injuries sustained in helping me cost him the WWA title. I am sorry for that. But, getting back to your question, I am on a mission to rid the WWA of the Cannon Army. It started this past week, but tomorrow, it truly begins. I have searched all over and have found the perfect partner to help me accomplish my goal. that man is...Mil Mascaras. Together, we will destroy Kenji Shibuya and Pak Song tomorrow. I will also have other partners throughout the week to combat these dastardly men. By this time next week, I hope Cannon's reign of terror will have ended. Thank you, Gene. Okerlund: Wow! Inoki and Mascaras...It doesn't get much better than that! Fans, our TV Title match is in the ring... MATCH #3 WWA TELEVISION TITLE MATCH Killer Karl Krupp w/Gerhardt Kaiser vs Mr. Wrestling 1 Tremendous match that ends with the 15 minute time limit expiring just as Wrestling 1 applied a sleeperhold on Krupp. Okerlund: We'll be back! Commercial Okerlund: Let's go to the ring for our main event... MATCH #4 Mil Mascaras & Mr. Wrestling 2 vs Pak Song & Mr. Ito w/Gen. Cannon Fantastic Dream Match as Mil & 2 gel well with each other. In the end, Mil hits a flying bodypress on Ito as 2 nails Song with a "Million Dollar Kneelift." Okerlund: Luis Martinez and Joe Lightfoot will be here when we return. Commercial Okerlund: Time is short, fans, but joining me at this time is Luis Martinez and Joe Lightfoot. Fellas, I have to hand it to you, it seems that you have the Von Brauners' number. What do you think? Luis: Mr. Okerlund, we are so close to winning those belts. It's only a matter of time. If these great fans will just stand behind us just a little longer, we'll bring those belts home to you! Joe: That's right, Luis, we've got some matches signed this week and I know we can do it. Fans, just be a little patient with us and we'll prove to you that we are championship material. Okerlund: So true, fans, we'll see ya next week for more WWA Campionship Wrestling. Closing Credits
