Fat wrestler figure always have small heads

Has anyone else here noticed that the recent figures of fat wrestlers have small heads ?
 
Why cant Jakks make it in proportion ?
 
 
The new WWE Classic Superstars Rikishi figure has a small head and the same thing for the most recent Mark Henry figure.

I felt bad for the old AWA figures who had the smooth fat body instead of the regular chiseled muscle body.
