May is upon us.
that said, CAROLINA WRESTLING SHOWCASE can celebrate it's first year and looking forward to many more!!!!
CWS had it's first show on May 4, 2007 in Asheboro,NC. the Boys and Girls Club Gym located at 621 Franks St. has been CWS's home since the beginning.
May 4 was a successful show as it brought back REAL professional wrestling to Randolph county, located in the centre of NC, just about 30 miles due south of wrestling capital of years gone by, Greensboro.
More card have followed on July 14, then October 13, 2007. 2008 began the new year with the big return of local hometown hero and former WCW star, LODI on February 9 as he wrestled "Sudden Impact" Louis Moore to an incredible match that people are still talking about.
in the past year, CWS has brought Asheboro top stars such as (including those listed above) "Classic: Chris Collins, Joey Silvia, Marcellus King, Big Daddy Edwards, "the 1st" Ric Converse, the New Heavenly Bodies: Donovan Daniels-Signmon, "jersey" Nick Richards, Jesse Ortega, "the Headliner" Isaac Daniels, Steve Greene, the New Age Superstar Steven Dillinger, Gregory Vercetti, Ty Dillinger, Lee Valiant, and many, many more of the best in professional wrestling today.
CWS offers great thanks to all fans that have come to the shows and the close personal friends that have helped CWS become one of the best wrestling shows in NC history!!!  
ASHEBORO RECYCLING CENTER will now present to you, the upcoming May 10 show in Asheboro features a gigantic main event......"dangerous E" Corey Edsel takes on the challenge of CWS newcomer, Tennessee Ernie Nord!!! one of the top NC indy tag teams of 2007, the Black and Blue Wrecking Crew of Steven Dillinger-Sean Cruise reunite to take on "classic:" Chris Collins-Trey G.
more big bouts will fill up the card on May 10!!!
