Bret Vs HBK Iron Man Match (Read 1185 times)

wildcard Rookie Posts: 6	Bret Vs HBK Iron Man Match May 20^th, 2008, 6:56pm Did HBK really tell Bret to get the f out of the ring after their Iron Man Match like Bret says in his dvd? Funny how Shawn never responds to this in his later dvd set.

I mean , HBK did the same thing with Nash at In Your House , he mocked Razor , Diesel , and Hogan posing after the match. So was it "an act" Bret now trys to paint as a shoot?

Indeed, I saw the exchange between Shawn and Hebner immediately after the match, and that's exactly what happened. I think that Shawn deserved his moment, and after watching this match again, I wonder how much of the "Bret throws a fit" when the match was continued was actually Bret being himself, or was it the storyline ? I agree with GarvinStomp, Bret is a legend in the business, but it's time to let it go. Everyone gets "screwed", generally on a daily basis, and not even our wrestling heroes are exempt from it. And that's the bottom line.

It will always go down as one of my favorites.. in my opinion Bret should have left the ring as soon as he lost, unless he was gonna pull a Hogan and hand it to HBK like he did to the Warrior.. but if he had been a man then he would have nothing to grip about now..
