Flair Rookie Card

1982 Wrestling All Stars, Ric Flair "Rookie" Card #27, very, very scant.
 
Recently (April 2008) a 10GM Flair Rookie sold for over $250 on ebay. Almost none have been up for auction since then.  
 
Rated the #2 wrestling collectable of all time by Chris Olds of the Orlando Sentinel.
 
This would be a great item to have autographed at Fanfest!
