So the other thread here mentions that the territory was still running in '91.  I'm studying the different territories, especially as they were around the start of '86.  I know Don Owen was the promoter, but who else was involved with the territory, especially around the aforementioned '86?  
 
I know some of the names that passed through, but I'm not sure when they were there and when they weren't.
