Championship Wrestling is scheduled at the LEXINGTON YMCA tonight when the popular new SOUTHERN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS, DON CURTIS and JOE SCARPA, defend their titles against the rugged bully team of SWEDE HANSON and P.Y. CHUNG in a best-of-three falls contest.
 
CURTIS and SCARPA will be making their debut as a team here in Lexingon. The two recently annexed the championship from Germans KURT and KARL VON BRAUNER. HANSON and CHUNG would like to make the new champs' title reign a short one by dethroning them tonight. The challengers are tough enough to do it.
 
Popular star JOHNNY WEAVER will meet SID JONES in what looks to be a scientific semi-final match.
 
The opener, at 8:15 p.m., sends 'Roughouse' SONNY FARGO against equally rugged, but larger, GEORGE 'Two Ton' HARRIS.

Two brand-new tag team combinations, one of Mohawk Indian stars BILLY TWO RIVERS and SUNI WAR CLOUD and another of 'Big' Ike Eakins and THE DEMON, a masked man, will clash in the featured wrestling contest at the LEXINGTON YMCA tonight.
 
The SOUTHERN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, 'Big O' BOB ORTON faces tough MIKE PAIDOUSIS in a non-title encounter. PAIDOUSIS looks for a win tonight to force the champ to meet him later with the title on the line.
 
Both main events are set for two out of three falls.
 
A crafty Russian, THE GREAT MALENKO, makes his Lexington debut tonight when he battles popular OMAR ATLAS.
 
The 8:15 opening match pits New Zealand favorite ABE JACOBS against 'Rowdy' Red Roberts.
