November 6, 1965 LEXINGTON, N.C. The blonde-headed terror twosome, RIP HAWK and SWEDE HANSON, who were expelled from wrestling in the local territory some months ago, have lived out their eviction and are back at the LEXINGTON YMCA tonight when they headline the evening's card. HAWK and HANSON will face top competition in the guise of former World Tag Team Champions, GEORGE and SANDY SCOTT in a best two-out-of-three falls mat contest. Singles action rounds out the program. STEVE BOLUS and MIKE PAIDOUSIS meet in the semi-final match. Other bouts will find OMAR ATLAS facing 'Big' IKE EAKINS, with 'Rowdy' RED ROBERTS opposing GEORGE GRANT in the 8:15 opener. November 13, 1965 LEXINGTON, N.C. With things not going their way last Saturday night, blonde bullies RIP HAWK and SWEDE HANSON, wrestling's 'Blonde Bombers', have asked and received a rematch against 'The Flying Scotts', GEORGE and SANDY. This contest will highlight tonight's professional wrestling card at LEXINGTON's YMCA, starting at 8:15. It's set for the best-of-three falls. HAWK and HANSON say they 'were robbed' last week when the SCOTTs were declared victors after referee Jack Terry was knocked down during a wild melee and counted HAWK out in the third fall. The semi-final event has the SOUTHERN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, 'Big O' BOB ORTON meeting STEVE BOLUS in a non-title match. BOLUS is looking for a win to put his name on a title match contract at a later date. ORTON will have something to say about that. In other matches scheduled, PAUL DEMARCO, a youngster very popular with the fans, faces veteran TINKER TODD, and Negro star LUTHER LINDSAY squares off against JOHNNY HIGGINS.
