Local promo insert question
Dec 24th, 2008, 9:39am

Prior to the territory becoming known as the Mid-Atlantic, "All-Star Wrestling" hosted by Bob Caudle aired in Virginia, West Virginia and South Carolina. Promoter Pete Apostolou did the local inserts about his upcoming shows in Roanoke, Lynchburg and Danville, Virginia after his local show on channel 7 ended and All-Star started airing on WSLS channel 10 in 1967. Billy Powell did the local stuff for Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC when the show aired on channel 4 in Greenville.

Now my question is who did the local promos during this period in Richmond and Norfolk,VA, Charleston,WV and Columbia and Charleston, SC ?

I hope there are some fans on this board who were watching the shows in these areas, say between 1962 and 1972 that remember who did the local promos for their area during this timeframe. Thanks.
