I think I'm gonna ask that we put an end to the "polls" here and elsewhere. By no means is our fanfest weekend the result of a "popularity contest" and my stated intent from the beginning with this forum is that we hold these legends with highest respect, we don't talk about money and non-public info in a public forum, and we treat them ALL with class (and I think we've achieved that so far.)
 
I know it's a difficult task for a vendor when choosing talent. But I'm afraid our polls and contests here may reflect negatively on some, and some will see it and take it personally. I just don't want to be a part of that. I know I'm as guilty as the next guy for starting polls, but from now on, I'm not going to do it and I'm asking you guys not to do it here.
 
We can discuss the issue further if any of you would like.
