Whats up with the muta fireball incident?

Was it eddie gilbert or terry tailor?
 
It was around the time of J-Tex with Gary Hart....
 
Anyone remember?

Muta sprayed Missy with the mist , then Eddie tried to throw fire at Muta but hit some jobber with it instead...

at Clash 6 in Fort Bragg,NC i remember working that show i do recalled with incident  
that Eddie Gilbert came out and threw fireball at Muta instead he pushed Trent Knight in the way gilbert
  was their get revenge on what Muta did at TV Taping we did at Asheville,NC on he blew green mist in Misty eyes  when she did an interview and Hart & Muta came out

Please correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't that when he debuted his white/gray mist? And then, when Muta was in Japan shortly thereafter, the Japanese announcers had to explain that the white mist was the paralyzing mist? There is a VERY strong chance I have my dates screwed up.
