does anyone know what the qualifications are for getting into the HOF?

Yup. Wrestle in obscurity for a few years and have a short run with WWE and you're in. Oh, my bad. That was Koko's qualifications.
 
Koko entering the Hall made no sense and now leaves the door open for Paul Roma, Kamala and Doink. Gibe me a break...

I think the McMahon's wouldn't have minded having Bruno or Savage but since both are on the outs with them people like Koko get in on and Mike? don't forget Hillbilly Jim, Outback Jack, The Brooklyn Brawler, and Oscar from Men on a Mission add them to that list

none , honestly...
if you are in the good graces , you are in.
if you are a big name then they make you wait so they don't blow the whole wad in one night with too many big names.
they contact old stars , etc. for thoughts on whom to induct.
the limo driver of Vince Sr. is in it.
