Pay-per-view bouts - featured Michael Cole, Jim Ross, & Jerry Lawler on commentary; included an ad for "The Greatest Stars of the 90s;" featured a backstage segment with Santino Marella, Beth Phoenix, and Rosa Mendez in which Santino appeared to be on his cell phone with Santina; moments later, Beth told Santino to admit to the Great Khali that "Santina" was just him dressed as a girl; Santino then said Santina would defend her Miss WrestleMania title against any one at any time; Beth then said Santino wasn't getting out of kissing Khali and she wouldn't be kissing him anymore; as Beth and Rosa left, Santino said he faked orgasms with Beth; featured Todd Grisham conducting a backstage interview with Randy Orton in which Orton sent a message to Batista, saying he's doing the dirty work for WWE World Champion Triple H and told Batista not to get himself disqualified or it would cost Triple H his belt; included an ad for Judgment Day 09:
 
Christian pinned ECW World Champion Jack Swagger with the Killswitch at 11:01 after Swagger hit his head on an unprotected turnbuckle after Swagger was caught by the referee taking the pad off the opposite turnbuckle; moments later, Christian was congratulated backstage by Tommy Dreamer, Evan Bourne, and Finlay until he walked over to speak with Edge; Christian said Edge used to be a lot of fun, with Edge blaming World Heavyweight Champion John Cena and saying he would finally get Cena out of his life later in the show
 
Chris Jericho defeated Ricky Steamboat at 12:32 via submission with the Walls of Jericho after kicking out of an inside cradle attempt (Steamboat's first singles match in 15 years)
 
Kane pinned CM Punk with the chokeslam at 9:26 after catching Punk's leg as he attempted a kick to the head
 
Jeff Hardy defeated Matt Hardy in an I Quit match at 19:08 when Matt gave up after having his hands duct taped together and being tied down to a table as Jeff attempted to jump off the top of a ladder through the table; after the match, Jeff jumped from the top rope over the ladder, putting Matt through the table
 
Santina Marella pinned Beth Phoenix at the 3-second mark in an impromptu match after the Great Khali knocked Phoenix out; prior to the match, Khali & Runjin Singh appeared with Singh calling for Santina to come out and take part in the Kiss Cam with Khali; after Santina appeared, she said she couldn't kiss Khali because she was in love with someone and said it was Jim Ross; Singh said he would let Santina out of kissing Khali but only if she proved her love to Ross by kissing him; as Santina said she was about to pass out, Phoenix and Rosa Mendez then appeared, with Beth challenging Santina to a match then and there; when Singh objected, Beth began insulting Khali; after the bout, Khali grabbed at Santina and accidentally tore off her bra, with Santina screaming and running backstage
 
Randy Orton, Ted Dibiase Jr., & Cody Rhodes defeated WWE World Champion Triple H, Batista, & Shane McMahon at 23:49 when Orton pinned Triple H with the RKO and kick to the head after Triple H pulled a steel chair away from Batista on the floor; stipulations stated if Orton's team won, in any way, Orton would win the title; after the bout, EMTs tended to Triple H in the ring, put him in a neckbrace, and took him backstage on a stretcher
 
Edge defeated World Heavyweight Champion John Cena in a last man standing match to win the title at 28:25 after the Big Show interfered, as Cena had Edge hoisted for an FU on the stage, and threw Cena into a nearby spotlight, causing an explosion; after the bout, referees, officials, Cryme Tyme, and ECW World Champion Christian tended to Cena, with Cena being fitted with a neckbrace and put on a stretcher
