Final ACW champions?

Who were the final champions for Nelson Royal's ACW promotion?
 
I remember seeing a live event held the summer of 1991 in Kannapolis, NC that was an ACW card that had Nelson Royal as the heavyweight champion and a tag title change that day with Robbie Eagle & Mark Ashe winning the tag titles.  
 
Never saw or heard of an ACW event after this. Were these the final champions for this group?

I wish I could help you about who the last champions were. When I moved in 1990, that was the last time I had a rooftop antenna which I received ACW wrestling from channel 36 Charlotte.
