I don't get it.   This just sounds like good business to me.
 
The competition drops the ball, so TNA offers discounts to disappointed fans who bring in their tickets.
 
It gets folks in the door, some of whom will be new to TNA, and reminds WWE that the fans do indeed have an option.
 
Seriously, what "stinks with desperation and ignorance" about that ?
