ECW Requiem For A Pitbull

Can anyone tell me on what date the episode of ECW hardcore TV aired where Shane Douglas did a promo where he threatened the fans to come to the "Requiem For Pitbull Show" that was being dedicated to Gary Wolfe?  It was an in locker room promo and it had some of the most shocking shoot comments in it such as references to Magnum T.A. and other guys who were injured and could not wrestle anymore.
 
Also, could you tell me the date that the Requiem For a Pitbull show in Reading, PA was held?
