I didn't win anything but I did get a chance to spin their prize wheel and won a free NC Education Lottery hat (so in other words, I payed ten bucks for a hat...well at least its a nice hat).

Wow! I can't do that, I do save one for the scrapbook, but it is carefully scratched so just the numbers show. That souvenir could be worth $100,000! The one in the scrapbook is definitely not a winner. My goal is to win enough in the Ric Flair lotto to pay for my 2010 Fanfest expenses!

On a side note, who remembers the WCW lotto tickets from the late 90's? I believe this is actually Ric Flair's second appearance on a lotto ticket.
