Does anyone remember Jim Carlisle, the announcer in Columbus, Ga for Fred Ward promotions during the 70's and early 80's? If so, please share some of your memories.

I Never met Jim but I remember seeing him on COlumbus TV all the way back to 1966 when he was a kid ahow host.  He later did weather, and the standard announcer duties.  He called in the wrestling results on live show nights in Columbus.
 
We shared a similiar background being legit radio/tv announcers before we got into the wrestling business as announcers.
