Who was the Blue Scorpion and/or Scorpion during the mid 70's in Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling ?  I've seen both names so I don't know if I'm asking about a wrestler who is one and the same or if there were two different people ?  Thanks in advance for your time.

daveruth, you're absolutely correct. It was Fransisco Flores. He wrestled both ways. As the Blue Scorpion and as Francisco  Flores. In fact, he had a tattoo of a blue scorpion on each of his pecs.
 
Bill White was the "Green Scorpion."
