Hall of Fame 2011
Mar 28th, 2010, 2:30pm

I think we can all agree this year's WWE Hall of Fame was one of the weakest line-ups since its; inception. Next year there are rumors that since Wrestlemania is in Atlanta the WWE could feature a GCW/WCW/Crockett flaovor to it.

Here is what I see as a possible WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2011
- Rick & Scott Steiner
- Tully Blanchard
- Arn Anderson
- Magnum TA
- Rock n Roll Express
- Lex Luger
- Ivan Koloff
- Mr. Wrestling II
- Tommy Rich (first national superstars due to Superstation WTBS)

That would be a great group for them to induct.

Although I'm a little surprised that Koloff isn't in there already, just because he had some success in the WWWF, being the one to end the title reign of Bruno Sammartino.  I figured they would have already inducted him.

I'd love to see Anderson and Blanchard, Wrestling II and Koloff all in it.

Magnum Ta! Sting would be a great headliner( if he isn't with Tna then. I'd love for them to work a deal out with Sting so they could finally do a 3disc  DVD set on him!), The Fabulous Freebirds( inducted by Kevin Von Erich of course), Vader, Tom "Z-Man" Zenk.

I like your list.

Sting would be a guarantee if he isn't in TNA.
I would add Ron Simmons.

I think Goldberg will be one since he has a DVD release scheduled for next year according to the wwe dvd list update yesterday.

I've heard Ron Simmons name mentioned as a strong possibilty. I'm thinking they may induct Doom as a tag team with Teddy Long.

I'd put money on HBK being inducted in Atlanta.

That would be great! Any chance of Shawn Michaels appearing at Nwalegends fanfest?

We have a winner!!!

From WCW, If I had to guess, I would go with Vader, Butch Reed, Ron Simmons, and a posthumous Brian Pillman induction. Im not so sure about believing the Sting rumors going around. But when you combine the world of professional wrestling with the common logic of making money; anything can happen!

One would guess now Randy Savage after today's WWE All Stars video game commercial....first time Savage has officially appeared for WWE since 1994....the game even comes out the week of the HOF

My thinking too, Michael. I think game is even "sponsoring" the HOF ceremony and maybe even WM itself.

But a friend of mine believes they'll save Savage until next year. His thinking is the HOF is almost sold out already, so why not save Savage as next year's headliner.

To me, I wish they'd have done Savage this year and saved HBK for next.

I'm attending this and was wondering, does anyone know if it's possible to get any autographs or photo ops before or after?  I was going to take my encyclopedia in case.

At Axxess maybe, but no photo ops or autographs at the HOF ceremony.

If you're talking about the WWE HOF ceremony, you'll be lucky to get close enough to see them with binoculars. That's about as close as you're gonna get.

Yeah, I was talking about the Hall of Fame. I figured since I had kinda   decent seats on the floor, it might be possible. Oh, well I guess I'll have to settle for getting some good pics of the new class of hall of famers getting inducted. Can't wait for Wwe  to finally announce the next entry into the Hall of fame tonight!

The last time I saw Jim Duggan the last thing I said to him was I hope you go into the hall of fame this year.  Happy to see it coming true.  Very deserving oh and BTW he still has GUNS.
