I've given it some serious thought, but as of right now have no accompaniment, and as I'm sometimes prone to low blood sugar episodes and random panic attacks, I prefer to have someone with me on trips of any real distance.  Blacking out or freaking out behind the wheel while going down the interstate is not a good thing.
 
The main reason I've thought about going, which I'm sure will surprise no one who's noticed my usual requests for Charlotte, is Bobby Heenan is scheduled to be there.  St. Louis is closer than New Jersey, but it's still about an 8 hour drive, and it looks doubtful that anyone I know is up for going.
