It may be slightly different in the US but the ones i've been to in the UK firstly there was a merchandise area.
 
Then you queued and there were a total 11 guests. They were happy for pictures and signed anything you had. (wwe enc., old programmes from other promotions etc.)
 
I didn't feel rushed and the one I went to I met in order from memory JB,Hebner,Hernandez,Pope, Rob Terry, Doub Williams, Magnus, Velvet,Madison.
 
Then Dixie came out with the TNA belt and did pictures/autos, and James Storm was behind the merch area doing the same.
