Don't take this as me being an a$$, but one of THE MOST important provisions of our fanfest vendors having booth guests is that no contact is made with any potential guest before you get the ok from me and your booth fees are paid. There is a reason for that.  
 
I do not like it when I call to book a guest for our weekend and am told they're already holding the date for a "vendor." Coincidentally a vendor I've never heard of. Not a good way to start. If anyone has ANY questions, drop me an email at NWALegends@aol.com
