Angelo King Kong Mosca In IWA???

Saw an interview with Angelo King Kong Mosca at last years Fanfest with Bill Apter. Apter and Mosca talked about when he was in the IWA wrestling guys like Mil Mascaras & Mighty Igor. I watched the IWA from when it first came on Nationally to the last days when it was just a Southern wrestling promotion on WXII Channel 12. I never saw Mosca wrestle on the IWA tv show.

Someone please explain this one to me

Reply #1 - Jan 1^st, 2011, 11:38am I would like to hear more about this too.I don't remember Mosca ever appearing or even being mentioned on the IWA tv shows.I did see Mosca wrestle in Winston-Salem and Greensboro for Jim Crockett Promotions and on the JCP tv shows while the IWA was in business. For what it's worth, the video wasn't done at fanfest but at an event in New Jersey last year. If I'm not mistaken, it was Apter that started off talking about the IWA and Mascaras and Igor, among other things, and I think Mosca just went along with it and didn't correct him. Should be able to find the video either at 1wrestling.com or just a YouTube search.
